It’s centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from both IFS Mall and Xinnamen Bus Station. The staff was welcoming and even upgraded our room. They kindly allowed us a late check-out for free, despite normally charging for it. We also got cute panda headbands as a gift! There’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, and a shop selling fresh fruit nearby. It’s easy to catch a Didi, and the hotel offers luggage storage and ironing facilities. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and thoughtful touches.

On December 30, 10:30 p.m. Due to booking the wrong month and my inexperienced language communication As a result, I almost had a security deposit of 96 yuan collected from the official. For the reason that they did not trust me to stay. I had to show the luggage slip to the staff to confirm my continued stay. Make him change his mind about not doing that. Luckily I still have the same type of room. and can stay continuously for 3 days without having to move rooms around And on the last day, I still have to use the luggage storage service. to prepare for the return trip

It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

Kept our luggage when we were only going to stay there a couple days later. Place was clean and accessible to main shopping area. No smoke smell in the rooms. Only thing is that the hotel entrance is actually under their sister brand Jian Guo, which led to some confusion initially. Would book again nonetheless.

This is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place. Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience. We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

Went as a group of 12 and let me say that all 12 of us really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived we were greeting with a warm drink and a bottle of water and the concierge was really patient and helpful! the amenities were really nice, they also have a gym and a laundry room with everything provided for free! And they even gave us a free welcome fruit basket and also a welcome dessert! They also give vouchers per day for either a free ice cream or tea time! 😍 we really enjoyed them💗 They also gave us a 平安果 as a Christmas Eve & parting gift when we checked out of the hotel🥹 Overall was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here as it's in the best location as well! 💗

hotel is very near to chunxi road and taikoo li. a convenient location with lots of food options. hotel rooms are a little complicated to locate as it seems to be sharing the same floor as another hotel. however the room is spacious. there are washing machines to use for free at level 3 from 10am to 10pm.

Yy and Dd are very helpful while we stay in this hotel. Very recommended to stay here. The location is fantastic and it is on 9th Floor and surrounded with market, park and shops.

The location is not far from IFS and Chunxi MRT. This hotel is nearby lawson, many store. I love to stay here so much! The room is warm perfectly for clod weather outside. Staff are nice and friendly even they can't communicate in English fluently but they always help us. I recommend to stay this hotel because it's not noisy area at all and not sharing floors with other!!! If I will go Chengdu again I will stay here definitely!

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

Generally, the hotel is good. It's still brand new. It is locater at thre end of the line when you travel from the Jiuzhaihianglong train station. The staff tried to be helpful but it's still not satisfactory based on my standard. This maybe due to their limited English but I could tell they were trying to help. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first day went well with everything provided with disposable towels and little snacks thrown in. The second day we came back with the room not made up with no towels and everything provided on the first day. We came back around 8 pm hoping to relax but couldn't. When we asked them they started to get all the things like tea and coffee and stuff. What made me disappointed was when I asked them for the towels but were suggested to use the disposable towels. The problem was that it was very cold and those wouldnt do the job. However, another lady understood what we wanted and were trying to help. I feel like they would try to help better if they could communicate with us. It's very convenient to buy a bus ticket back to Huanglongjiuzhai high speed train station. Just walk out of the hotel and look for Jiyuan hotel. It's like a 3 minutes walk only. The park itself is about 1.5 km away or a little more so you can walk there The pictures show where you get the ticket and on board to go to the train station. The breafast are ok but nothing fancy. It has many choices though but were the same everday. If you want to walk around at niight it's about 4 km away from the town center. However, there're shops around the hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staffs, clean room, good location. We had a bit of a problem with the room keycard, but the staff dealt with it quickly. The front was able to speak english. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Five minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

Short walk to attraction entrance and plenty of eateries around. Staff is extremely helpful, we ran into payment problems to the cab driver (Alipay didn't work and we didn't have Wechat pay) and they helped to pay on behalf and we transferred in return.

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast alot of options n delicious. I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot. Front desk is helpful. There is a hot spring as well if u are interested. The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well. Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

Walkable distance to Bipenggou ticket office. Nice and spacious room. They provided disposable towel. So bring your own if you prefer a fluffy fabric one. Dinner at the hotel was delicious. However, breakfast was Chinese breakfast style. So if you're vegetarian or at the age that prefers green than meat, then breakfast here is so perfect to you. Staff were nice and helpful. New room, beautiful, clean, with a bathtub in the room and a hot spring outside the room. Downstairs is a restaurant. The food is very delicious. The location is good in the restaurant area, lively, not far from the Jiuzhaigou viewpoint and near the bus stop to and from the high-speed rail station. - The room has no windows, they are fake windows that cannot be opened, which makes it feel a bit stuffy. - When I stayed, there was a power outage one night. I understand that it was an emergency, but since there were no windows, it was pitch black. It was like being in prison. If there are frequent power outages in this area, I would like the hotel to prepare backup lights or emergency lights in the room. - The bathroom is an automatic Japanese-style toilet, very very good. - The restaurant downstairs is very good. You should try it. - Overall, the room is beautiful, new, clean, good location, very good value for money.

Seeing that we were with our children, she took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The room was larger and the facilities were more complete, and the children had a lot of fun. Beautiful environment and convenient location: The hotel is located near the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, the surrounding environment is very quiet, the air is fresh, and it is suitable for vacation and relaxation. It is also close to the entrance of the scenic area, which is very convenient for travel. 3. Comfortable room and complete facilities: The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and there is plenty of hot water. The room is also equipped with a humidifier, which is very considerate for the dry climate of Jiuzhaigou. 4. Rich breakfast and good taste: There are rich breakfast varieties, including Chinese porridge, Western bread, salad, etc. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is also very good, especially the local special snacks are worth a try. 5.
