Check in was smooth room was ok, saw a cockroach crawling into the drainage in bathroom while enters. This is a connecting room so sound proof is a no no you can heard next door swiping tiktok whole night. If you are Malaysian make sure you book without tourism tax cause if you ask the hotel they will said it’s chargeable even you are Malaysian where other hotel will do a refund.

Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

Stayed here 2 nights. Pros: Huge room. Huge pool. Convenient to Legoland. Very clean room, no bugs no ants no cockroaches. Affordable. Bed, toilet, sink, carpet, fridge all no issue. Cons: Room cupboard has mouldy smell. Room ceiling has mould spots. It isn’t an issue now, but will be when the mould grows bigger. Forgot to bring wallet to breakfast to top up price for my child. Asked to charge to room, they absolutely refused to. Not sure of other hotels but this is the first time we encountered such rigid staff. We had to go back get wallet and come down again. Coffee machine spoilt. First morning no coffee, second morning they provided alternate diluted coffee. Pool is really dirty with lots of black bits and candy wrappers around. Walls of pools have green algae. Second morning cleaner did clear the wrappers, and saw him throwing chlorine in. He advised the kids to avoid the pool for a while. Not much could be done about black bits at bottom of pool though. Overall 4/5. Big, mostly clean if mould doesn’t matter to you, remember bring wallet to breakfast to pay. For a serviced apartment style, and with young kids, I think having no bugs in room and a huge pool is an absolute plus point.

Went there to play golf with a group of friends. Made group booking, 8 rooms with them. They kinda got lost on the room arrangements with the multiple room bookings even though the rooms were booked with individual names. On the second day, there was a power shut down from 12pm to 6plus, so it was miserable for people staying in the hotel during this period. No lights, no electricity. On top of that, my group commented that the heater was not working, and pillows and bedsheets had a stale smell. One of the rooms wasn't even made when we checked in. 1.5 hours later, when we checked, it still wasn't made until we got really upset (picture attached). On the positive side, the hotel was quite spacious and its located opposite a supermarket and a row of shop houses. Don't expect anything interesting, though. Also Els golf course is around 15 mins drive from the hotel.

as someone who is very particular about toilet, hard rock’s toilet exceeded my expectation!! the room is so cosy too. aircon, heater, tap, everything are working well. however, one of the pillow has abit of stain which is fine. the toilet floor has one black patch probably because it is old. hope they can clean up probably. the service was amazing as well! most importantly, it is affordable! will definitely stay here again :)

We were pleasant surprised to find a newly renovated room assigned to us. No complaints about the main sleeping area, all clean and nice. The bathroom, however, was of mixed quality. The basin area looked new, tap was new. Came with 2 sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste. WC seemed new too. What was puzzling was that the shower tap and the shelf next to it were so old looking! It’s like as if the renovation budget the hotel had was insufficient for 90% of the room.  Took me a while to get a balance of warm water with that cranky tap. Water pressure was quite low too. The overhead rain shower looked like it might fall anytime. I couldn’t figure out how to operate that so I didn’t use it anyway. It was just a one night stay for us so we could live with the lack.  All said. If the price is right, we wouldn’t mind a short stay here again just coz everything else (shopping, massage, hairdressers etc) is so convenient!

This hotel is very near to the Johor customs to go into Singapore. Other than that, the sound proof system not so good but the location is really superb. But the receptionist and the owner are very friendly and they bring the home feeling to those who are staying there. Thank you for your hospitality. It’s very near to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Walking distance.

The hotel stay was delightful. The room is spacious with everything working perfectly. Breakfast is delicious with variety to choose from. Facilities within the hotel too was superb. With their creativity, they eventually made an outdoor gym using woods that they recycle and also beach swing which is the plus point. Credits to the hotel technician team for their hardwork to build it.

Location is perfect .Opposite Komtar and City Square where u are able to shop and dine including watching a movie. Around the hotel there are plenty of local stalls malay or Indian food is available u will need to walk at the back of the hotel. For a short getaway for couple this hotel is ok. Their smallest room is at 14M2 for Deluxe King advisable to just bring a carry ons as it will be difficult to store a bigger luggage. I have stayed in their Family room for 4 person the room size is good. Is just that the chair and TV is quite old need to be replace. Overall is a good stay.

Address : 7 Jalan LEGOLAND, Bandar Medini Iskandar Malaysia, 79250 Iskandar Puteri (Nusajaya), Johor, Malaysia. Unfortunately, we booked a themed room called kingdom, which has only a city view, unlike a pirate themed room and adventure themed room, they have a great Legoland view. Although the room rates are the same. Rooms include 2 separate sleeping areas, with a king-sized bed for adults, and a separate area for up to 3 children, complete with bunk bed, pull-out trundle bed and their very own TV. The TV for kids is malfunctioning. Swimming pool at 5th floor Rating: 4 stars Average price per person: MYR500
