I expected more from this hotel as 5 stars hotel. The room was very old. The head board of the bed had stains. The bathroom wasn’t tgat clean specially the bathtub. The nespresso machine in the room was very old and difficult to be used. The bed was totally uncomfortable and the pillows were very bad. The breakfast buffet was very basic. The good things are its location near many restaurants withon walking distance and the TV by wich you can connect your device to it and watch what you want.

Disappointed!! as a Platinum member, I expected more from a Mariott Bonvoy hotel. High prices don't justify dated rooms, low quality food & lack of stable internet to conduct business. Old rooms, only Indian food, Chefs serve you based on your nationality Time to re-evaluate loyalty program benefits?

I went there yesterday March 21 for Ramadan Aftir with family and it’s was by far the worst experience ever. We end up leaving somewhere else although I called and made a reservation ahead of time but the service from the start was so bad. Completely unorganized restaurant. Someone from the hotel called me to post something positive about my experience yesterday but I can’t lie in this holy month. Don’t try to eat there this is all I can say

The poor hygiene standards at the hotel were unacceptable, and I could not bring myself to stay the night as planned. I left the hotel within the same hour of checking in and had to book another accommodation to ensure a comfortable and clean stay.

It was a wonderful stay here. Nice rooms. Good staff. Nice food. We were offering some training courses over successive weeks. The training place and facilities were very good. Breakfast and lunch were lovely. I was there for two weeks with a bunch of colleagues and the access to the executive gym to debrief and relax together after training was good. Ted and his colleague were always very welcoming and happy to have a conversation. I have used the gym once and one of my colleagues has used it more.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Always welcoming guest with smile and happy to help. Very caring staff and always happy to prepare more food. Choice of food was amazing. We had so much even didn't feel to have dinner. Amazing desserts

We visit regularly the Café de Paris restaurant to have lunch or dinner there, & it’s always an excellent experience: fine cuisine, varied menu, good quality ingredients, nice display, & above all excellent service options and professional staff in a family friendly environment

I am surprised from the high reviews you have accepted for this hotel. I just stayed there for one night because we needed a hotel with safe parking area managed by hotel. Room view yes was excellent but room was very small and smelly from the old carpet and furniture also hotel hallways was layered with old carpet that irritated our chests with its strong smell. The room facilities were very poor standard not worth the money i spend for one night with breakfast . Hotel surroundings was construction borders with no safe walking route for near corniche.

We’ve Been a regular guests since 1990 and never had below EXCELLENT experience. From the seniors employees who work on the lobby, restaurant and the guards who warms us with their absolute warm welcomes each and every time and make Le Meridian feels like home. I’d also like to specially thank Rana at the reception for making her best effort to make our stay even more phenomenal than it already is, making all my requests available as much as she possibly could ( as we are a large group). Finally i’d like to thank Afeefa in the Buissnes club for welcomes us with her warm smiles all day being absolutely professional.

Great experience. Delicious food. Nice and friendly Staff, especially cheif Hashem, I really would like to thank him for the way he treats the customers and kids. Highly recommended to be tried and visited.

Super location with walking distance to restaurants and the seaside promenade walk. Stayed 3 nights for business. Hotel has a modern, clean & fresh appearance. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back if ever in Khobar again.
