Bed sheets had bad stains. Asked front desk to change them. Took a long time due to staffing shortages. Breakfast was average. Tiny hot tub. Kids overran the pool for hours. Doubtful we would stay here again.

Let's start with the room I was amazed at  how clean it was. It was perfect for what my husband and I needed it for. Other then that total disappointment when it came to the management. I guess you would say the head housekeeper that checks rooms after people check out was very rude and seemed like she was to good to be doing the job she was hired to do. She was a taller dark haired gal and she just had no personality. I witnessed a guest asking her a question and she ignored her like she didn't even hear her and just kept walking. There were a couple other housekeepers getting their carts ready for the day and they said good morning and smiled asked if we needed anything.  The interaction between the tall gal and another employee seemed like there was tension and the nice employee tried to make light of the situation.  It seems like your hotel should train management to be adaptive to all personalities and to leave their problems at the door. If management can not adjust their behavior for different personalities or attitudes maybe they shouldn't be in charge of others. That's my opinion.

Room was nice and very clean, check in was great. We loved breakfast and the attendants up there. Very friendly clerks and very knowledgeable about the city and events happening around.  One thing that rubbed me the wrong way was about 8:15 in the morning there was a housekeeper up on the 2nd floor being loud and obnoxious complaining about everything she could think of.  She was a short fat girl with reddish hair. I am shocked by her outbursts up there. Everyone else was friendly and kind so it seemed like it was a her issue.
