Hot spring Hotels in Ayios Tykhonas

This was an excellent choice for a 5* hotel in Limassol. Even the location is a little bit outside the city centrum, the location is good. In general, the hotel is just great. Especially the friendliness of the crew and the food available. The breakfast is one of the best that I have experienced and I have seen numerous. Also the various beach opportunities was surprising.

Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm. The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing. The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed. The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours. We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.

We have recently returned from a week all inclusive at the Atlantica Bay hotel in late October 2024. LOBBY BAR/ LOBBY TERRACE The lobby is beautifully decorated and is open plan, it is a very welcoming area with lots of comfortable seating. The lobby terrace is where a majority of the entertainment is held. The view overlooking the sea and the pool is beautiful and there is plenty of seating outside. POOL The hotel has two pools and the pool area is well maintained and clean. We only used the pool once as it was freezing due to it being October! There were a lot of sun loungers and most were empty (again as we were there in October this may not be a true reflection during the summer months). There are also comfortable seating areas around the pool for those who do not wish to use sun loungers. CATS There are a number of stray cats roaming around the hotel outside areas. They are looked after by the hotel staff and the cats don’t tend to bother you unless you fuss them. STAFF It is clear all of the staff at the hotel work very hard. A special mention to Agnes who worked in the lobby bar/lobby terrace she made our experience at the Atlantica Bay even more enjoyable! ROOM/CLEANLINESS We had a partial sea view room and it was very well presented and clean. The decor was neutral and light and airy. The room was cleaned daily, towels were replaced regularly and the mini bar was stocked daily. Apples and a bottle of red wine were also in the room on arrival which was a nice touch as we arrived late at night. The hotel is very well kept and clean. The staff in the dining room are very efficient and remove used plates very quickly (sometimes too quickly as on one occasion my husband hadn’t quite finished his dinner! 🤣). ACTIVITIES/ENTERTAINMENT The TUI blue team led by Ged work very hard to provide entertainment for guests. There are plenty of activities throughout the day such as aqua dance, pool games, souvenir making. In the evening there were singers, a Blue brother’s tribute act (who were great) and also a silent disco. We did enjoy the evening entertainment but it could get a bit repetitive. FOOD/DRINK The choice of drinks included in the All inclusive were good. My husband and I had no issue finding drinks to try. The red wine was quite disappointing (and I am partial to a red wine) but the rosé was a nice alternative. The drinks list had lots of choice and then there were others you could pay for which had a discount for All inclusive guests. The food was good and there was a wide variety of items to choose from, as a vegetarian I had no issues finding foods to try. All the of the food was clearly labelled to show allergen/dietary information. One thing about the restaurant that we didn’t enjoy that much is that the tables in places are quite close together and in even quiet times the staff would seat you close to another table. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very nice and very fresh, all in all great value for the money , the rooms are big and bright with a lovely view of the pool and the sea

I like this hotel. Clean, with good staff. Thanks to big girls at the registration bar, I arrived for 4 days but stayed for 10. All questions resolved promptly and qualitatively. At breakfast you will find everything you need. Fine and fresh food. I will definitely return again
