Prime Plaza Suites Sanur – Bali Reviews

This hotel is a delight. It is such a great hotel for families. The kids' menu is huge. Both pools are great and have a kids section. The slide is amazing and works for little kids as well as big. The water dispenser in the room was also a very pleasant surprise. I wish we had stayed longer. The back gate gives you really easy access to the shopping / food ***** around a 5 min walk and around another 5 to the beach.

Good: 1) big pool with kids slides and pool balls, different kids activities (air hockey table, pool table, movies, staff-directed activities etc) 2) breakfast buffet variety Poor: 1) mosquitoes in the room due to poor ventilation (surprised there’s no reviews that wrote about this) staff changed our initial 1st level 2 bedroom suite to 3rd floor but still mosquitoes present) my kids got bitten all over their face, arms and legs during the night :( affected our whole experience of Bali 2) musty smell in whole place 3) dusty and old furnitures with spoilt lamp 4) sudden electricity down as the staff is doing maintenance without prior notice

We stayed for a few days and it was a nice stay. The rooms are big and they have a kitchen to cook if you don't feel like going outside. They provide a shuttle to take you to the supermarket and back as well as to go t the beach. We didn't have time to go to the beach but the swimming pool was great for the kids. The breakfast is good. We were a bit late to the checkout and they charged us the late fee, not happy about it.

Great hotel, a little out of the way. Easy enough to find and get your bearings, quick walk to hardys. Great for kids... 5-12 . Has a waterslide. Good food great staff. Will stay again

Our room was huge, and the pools were perfect. Stayed with 5 kids and all slept well with plenty of space. It was easy to walk over to a busy street in Sanur with shopping, food and drinks, and always easy to grab a cab or shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend for families!

There are no hotel with that price provide all the facilities kids need it. It has waterslide, kidspool, main pool, game stasion playground. It really recomended for family trip. And the room is huge. So it really worth it

I would not recommend this hotel as the bed was full with something that bite us. They should change certain things as this place is very old. The staff and service is good regardless.

Very good family hotel, slide, animators, delicious breakfasts. There is a shuttle to the beach, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. No noisy parties and drunk guests. All visitors are families with small children!

The hotel is nice, spacious and has a kitchen seat, strategic location, clean, but don't get a toothbrush, everything else is ok, my child feels at home staying here

The only drawback is that the Internet speed in the room is slow Children love water slides And free face printing provided by the children's amusement park A child fell and bled while dining in a restaurant The staff immediately provided ice cubes and disinfectant solution I feel like I really care about my customers Every day when I go back to the room, I find that the housekeeper has folded different little animals out of towels and put them on the bed. It feels like they have some surprises for you All in all, a very happy stay I will come again

It's good for a family trip~~ I think families with children will be happy..

My iPhone earphones were left in the room. I opened my iPhone to look for them. They were in the hotel and I had used them two hours ago. But I hadn't used them all day. I asked the staff and they said they didn't pick them up when they cleaned the room. I was speechless and didn't want to argue with them. Family members should still take care of the things they carry with them when they go out.

It offers the best pool and slide for children around 10 years old. Highly recommended for families. Main Street is also within 10 minutes walk. The rooms are old but very spacious, so you can relax and you can see the effort to maintain them well. Breakfast is also excellent.
