O hotel é maravilhoso. Atendentes cordiais, atendimento rápido, quarto organizado, limpo, tamanho grande. Fica praticamente em frente ao Brasília Shopping e numa região muuuito bem localizada em Brasília. Cortesias legais e úteis. O café da manhã estava excelente, com muita variedade e tudo estava uma delícia. Piscina tb estava limpinha. Quanto ao Trip.com foi tudo normal, a reserva no hotel foi feita rapidamente e deu tudo certo. A única coisa que me incomodou foi uma taxa de aproximadamente 42 reais cobrada no hotel e que a Trip.com não deixou claro sobre a cobrança. Até falava na reserva que uma taxa seria cobrada, mas não falava sobre o preço, que achei muito alto. Seria melhor que houvesse transparência quanto ao valor exato, pois eu pensava que seria a taxa de ISS que cobrariam, que é bem baratinha, mas não era. Ao final da estadia só nos falaram que era uma taxa de serviço, o que é esquisito, pq teoricamente o serviço entraria no preço que pagamos na reserva. Fora isso, foi tudo ok, mas fico com medo de reservar novamente com a Trip.com uma próxima vez e vim uma taxa exorbitante.

I chose the architecture and the proximity to the lake, and it is a very impressive building, but I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I'm used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation for lobbyists in the proximity of the presidential palace. Some staff were very careful, with the focus on the coffee supervisor, very sympathetic. However, for more than once, I felt being treated with a hardness as a reception official and I was followed by security when taking pictures from the surroundings.

Despite the overt references to royalty in the hotel, I felt like a pawn during my stay. Dark and sad room, old and tired furniture, hygiene issues (female hair balls found in bathroom), depressing room service menu, friendly but poorly trained staff. What makes this hotel stand out is its small policy of charging guests for coffee pods (only the first 2 are free), which I admit I have never seen before in a hotel charging 1000 reais per night situation. According to many reports, the hotel's stellar rating on Google appears to be due to questionable review buying practices. avoid.
