This hotel is strategically located nearby the popular Wuyi Square & IFS building. Surrounding with Shopping Malls & Eateries. Walking distance to Metro Station. Hotel front desk staffs are cheerful & friendly. Fast & smooth during check in. Room is very spacious with large bed size. Well housekeeping, nice & neat cleaning by the staffs. Wash room & toilet is large space with bath tub too. High flooring 15-24 level with city view. Breakfast serving buffet style but can be improved better with more varieties food serving. Overall recommend to be first choice hotel when visiting here, CHANGSHA MUYI H HOTEL!

CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

The staff were very efficient at check in which is not always the case within China, they photographed our IDs quickly to register us and gave us our room key. All of the rooms are very quirky and different which is a nice added feature (a nice suprise as to what you will get).

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

Hotel is about 15 min walk to the south railway station and metro. There really isn’t anything around the hotel to eat or anything besides heading to the railway station. It is away from the city centre. Rooms were spacious and decently cleaned. We had a theme room but the theme mats in the room were not cleaned other than that it was ok. Washroom was a bit small hard to navigate when you have small children coming in and out of the shower. Breakfast was good had good choices. Would stay again but maybe not in a theme room.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

It was nice of them to change my day the day before I stayed in due to the delay. They also changed my room when I didn't expect my friend to join for a few days, they also managed to help me change the room for a few days and I appreciated it. This I can really say is a five-star stay. Will I stay again, is a no-brainer. Is a yes for me.

1. Specially call out for 4th floor restaurant 王先生和刘小姐. I'd like to extend my appreciation for their help and hospitality during my trip. 2. My family suit condition overall is good, but only comment is the floor tile. The wooden floor tile are spoil, hotel need to fix it asap as my kid nearly got injured. 3. The location foe the hotel is perfect! Within walking distance nearly every happening spot! Not to mention the subway is main interchange for others line. 4. The small noodle foodstall right beside is must try!!

After comparing many hotels, I finally chose Xiaoxiang Huatian Hotel. After entering the door, the housekeeper Xiaowen checked in very seriously and considerately. Xiao Liu carefully introduced the hotel facilities and breakfast. There were fruits in the room. I give Xiaoxiang a thumbs up [strong]

This is a glorified 4 star hotel. Other than the location, you will be disappointed with the overall hotel experience. It lacks the attention to detail to be a true 5 star hotel experience. A couple of examples; non-smoking rooms being ruined by smokers, the rainforest shower (top mounted shower head) didn’t work and was just an unpleasant drizzle, air-conditioning that just had a mind of its own with no ability to adjust to desired temperature, the bed being somehow both firm and soft. If you are accustomed to chain hotels, then the attention to detail at the Niccolo is missing!
