The hotel room is spacious, clean ,airconworks well. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of variety and they taste good. Drink desk staff is friendly, they helped us book hotel at 4 am ,otherwise we have to hail one on the street. The only set back is the bath room light is dim. They give plenty of mineral water and soft drink for free, a good gesture , you didn't need to intercom them every time you need water. Will come back to this hotel again.

Every time I go to Dazu for business, this is my first choice! I have to say that under the new team management, the hotel is getting better and better. From the power plug that has been pre-plugged for customers when they enter the room, to the glittering mosquito repellent lamps on the wall, as well as the loving refreshments and fresh fruits, all of them show the dedication and care of the entire team! I believe that your efforts will warm every customer and exceed every expectation! I also like the assistant manager of the lobby who rushed to check out for me that day! !

Like most Hilton's, the facilities were clean and the service was good. The rooms were cleaned frequently and fresh towels and bedding were provided as well as lots of water (which was very appreciated). The location was ok considering that most of the things to do are spread out and there were many local restaurants in the area.

Very good stay experience, the hotel airport shuttle does not need to be praised, send us to the airport to do nucleic acid at night, and be responsible for picking up the hotel, the service is really good. The hotel is close to the business district, and the hot pot restaurant introduced at the front desk is also very authentic. The actual situation of the room matches the picture. We are a pair of 70 year old couple travelling solo. This place is located centrally and it is easy to walk and travel around the Chong qing City from here.The place is really comfortable and smack of chinese tradtion and culture. The view of the river each night is stunning and you are a part of Hongyadong light up each night. I woke up thrice very early around 4am and went to the reception to ask about how to get around to different sights. On 5th and 6th Sep morning, the receptionist was utterly sweet and patient with this old lady, giving very careful and detailed information with explanations to help me. Thsnk you once again dear sweet recetionist. I am sorry u do not know your nsme. Hence the dates. Unfortunately on the morning of 7th Sep i encountered a rude shock of a receptionist who expressed rude mannerism on being awakened just before 5 am, reluctant to help, trying to push me off by pushing a tiny pamphlet that she said was self explanatory about diections for various sights. I declined saying i could not read chinese. Thereafter, it wa either, its difficult to get there or you could get there in a cab!

Hotel was lovely, rooms were immaculately clean and the view of the river was beautiful especially at night. Staff were very friendly. We were upgraded from a single twin room to a two bedroom apartment suite. Very grateful! Just a note, if you are planning to access the horizontal top floor of Raffles City, this hotel does NOT have access. A bit of a bummer but otherwise an amazing stay.

After staying in Wanda, service felt spotty. No one in attendance at the main door when we arrived. Had to drag our luggage to the registration. No USB port in the room to charge cell phone. When I inquired about an adapter, was told they don’t provide and have to use commercial charger and that there is a charge. Finally got an adapter from the front desk, apparently, a poorly trained service attendant. Won’t stay in a Kempinski again.

The rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and they provide free bottle of water. If require, can request from the hotels. Location is convenient and near subway and Jiefangbei. A lot of restaurants and shopping malls. The staffs are friendly and helpful in providing clear instructions and direction to travel to our destinations. They even help in recommending resturants around the area. Initially, we hired a transport car to and from airport, however with last monute was faced with issues. Sigh. Thanks the staffs who helped us last minute to hire cabs for us to travel to the airport just in time to catch our flights.
