Although a little far from the city center It takes 40 minutes to take STB, but it is very close to the station and it takes 5 minutes to walk. The advantage is that it is far from the city center. The mountain view is hardly blocked by the building. Most of the staff are Chinese, very kind Breakfast is delicious! Sauna is free ! Indoor heating is sufficient! Hotel I would like to review again next time.

Breakfast is very ordinary European hotel breakfast. The environment and service of the hotel is really good: the heated indoor swimming pool, the great outdoor leisure equipment and the superb views. Highly recommended!

Surprise hotel in the mountains is too beautiful, the air is fresh, the twin room is small, the extra bed can not be clean, there is a free parking in the yard, self-driving, no car will arrive without transportation but have seen it.

Nice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer. Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car. Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

Very nice hotel. Good location, comfortable and clean facilities. The Alps can be seen outside the window. The waiter was friendly. Breakfast and its own restaurant are good. There are plenty of parking spaces, including two parking lots before and after the ground plus two underground parking lots, and there are also charging parking spaces. I saw a comment that if I stayed for more than 2 nights, I would give Innsbruck Card but I didn't enjoy it in my name. I bought it for a fee.
