Visited as a multigenerational family of 10. Visited the week before half term, the hotel was fantastic. The rooms very clean and staff could not be more helpful, from reception, to housekeeping, restaurant & Daisy club. My nephew celebrated his 5th birthday whilst there, the team had a birthday cake delivered to his room, and during the evening mini disco, he was presented with a T shirt. Above and beyond anything that we had expected. The food was standard buffet, with grill, which was always well stocked, lovely salads, we usually ate around 19:00. Estepona was beautiful, the marina was about 10-15 minutes walk & the old town a 25 minute walk on the flat. You can hire bikes from the hotel also which was great for some of older members of our party. We organised as a package deal through Jet2, the whole holiday ran so smoothly, the Jet 2 staff were also fantastic with the children from the airport through to the transfer. I would certainly recommend this hotel and Estepona. Estepona was so beautiful. We really enjoyed the amazing restaurants especially in the Old Town and in the main square, for lovely long lunches in the sun!

Fantastic hotel - new, pristinely maintained, incredible staff, spacious, very well equipped rooms & a great location for Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona. Lovely pool & easy access to the beachfront via a short walk through gardens. Towels & umbrellas available for free every day from reception. Easily accessible, secure underground car park with very reasonable parking rate. Good breakfast offering although this could get a little samey after a few days of no change. It’s also the little things you remember - My own dressing gown was accidentally taken with the towels for laundry one day (my fault as I hung it under the towels) so I reported it to reception. By the time I had returned from a day at the beach it was back to me, I was so pleased. This shows true customer service, care & attention which is missing in so much of the hospitality industry these days. I’ve lost items before at hotels & they just can’t be bothered to even try to help.

Reading the reviews upon arrival im going to say I was a little worried but a bad review has never put us off! Yes this lovely hotel is grand and has it's own classic feel but I like that about this hotel it's not modern like what you get now. We arrived and got checked in very smoothly and also had a welcome drink along with an upgrade! Wow happy birthday to me! We got given a beautiful suite with amazing views to die for! A lounge too! The room was spotlessly clean and there is everything we needed. Kettle cups etc and complimentary toiletries provided by the hotel. The best was seeing we had a jacuzzi bath! 2 double sized beds together which was just amazing as my other half usually pushes me to the end of the bed! So, ample space! Balcony was massive with sunloungers if you desired to lie there and soak up the sun. The lobby bar was great the staff really make it here, big shout out to Nicoleta (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) But she is very polite, happy and just so welcoming. She never stops! Well done keep up the hard work you are appreciated. We did try dinner here on our first night but in my opinion I'd like to see a little bit more choice for ala carte but that's again my own opinion. The food was very nice and thes staff here do whizz around to make sure you have everything you need! Lobby bar food is a great touch if your peckish too, good choice. It's so peaceful here just what we both needed for a few nights. I'll be back again to relax in a few months for definite 👍🏻

Hotel is located in quite place .15 minutes walk to bus stops to Marbella or Estepona (bus 79 for about 2.5 euro one way).Buses are going about every 40 minutes or more(sometimes is better to take Uber).hotel has nice sea view.hotel is clean.Food is good .Hotel beach is nasty and not really suitable for swimming.Main swimming pool was closed because out of season. Entertainment was minimum but very good Halloween show and general Halloween decorations.Good for small kids /toddlers.Mainly Spanish tourists or French.

This hotel is beyond amazing. We had the tower room and it was incredible. Had wonderful food and the location was perfect. Even though the parking is a short walk it really was not so far that it was an issue. Beautiful hotel and would recommend and stay again. Reception manager provided us with excellent customer service. We received the most professional check in experience with Cecilia - she is a credit to the hotel as she explained everything and answered all of our questions.
