We loved everything about our stay. Food was excellent and staff recommendations were great.

This is a very useful hotel just off of the A1 at Normans Cross the only problem for us was the rooms were upstairs - we didn't give it a thought that we would be upstairs and there was no lift. Not sure if there are any downstairs rooms. Very clean and quiet which is a good thing, comfortable beds and nice resturant and bar area, would definately stay here again.

Useful and clean stop off on a long journey on the A1. Lots of food options next door in the services. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. My room was on the ground floor and I was worried about the traffic noise being so close to the A1M but I didn’t hear anything.

Nice Hotel and good facilities. The negatives were definitely the service and food from the Market Kitchen restaurant attached to hotel. Also the jacuzzi was out of action and wasnt mentioned in booking or check in. Would be fine for business travellers who want a comfortable room for an evening.

Another pleasant stay at this hotel. Ideal location for visiting family. Only real issue is car park and width of bays. Too narrow if a contractors van is parked next to you ( and there are very often vans parked there ).

We stayed here 2 nights from the 29th October. Everything about this place was very good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ver y clean and comfortable good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good with enough choice. If you wanted you could take good away little Brown bags provided. Even at evening time girl at reception told me to help myself to an not chocolate from the machine which was really good. We certainly would stay at any Holiday Inn express again. Thank you it was a lovely birthday stay .G

We would never stay here again the staff were so rude there was a lady manager the was so so rude. Also there was a constant beeping noise out side our room. And about 2am in the morning whilst we were sleeping someone from reception called the room phone and said that the smoke alarm in our room was going off due to someone smoking in the room. Both me and my partner are non smokers so it clearly wasn’t use. Worst hotel experience ever.
