There's a different atmosphere in this hotel, unlike a normal hotel that when we've entered the room or into the lobby of the hotel, it's being controlled by the atmosphere of the hotel so exclusive that the outside sounds could be very little. The sound of the brothers of bakso and the voice of Adzan can still be heard here, even if the night arrives there are still voices of animals like crickets and there are also the sound of the bells, as usually in houses or villages. It was a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Malang for 5D4N, the hotel location is near from anywhere, the room itself is comfortable and the staff service are amazing, quick check in and check out, Breakfast was great too, there are a lot of options and variety at the buffet and of course it has a good taste. Keep up the good work!

Near Persada hospital, breakfast place so hot. Old building. Wifi not so strong sometime disconnect by itself. Staff friendly. Spa so bad i think they dont know what are they doing. Hotel atmosphere always dark.

It was a good hotel (villa) you could also eat in the restaurant and that was very good because you could the best Pasta Bolongese food It is a good hotel for the kids because you have a swimming pool with a glideway and now they are renovating another pool so if you think about me a year or 1/2 there it comes out is

Awesome executive suite in the heart of Malang. The room cleanliness is superb and all furnitures are maintained well. Thumbs up for the staff politeness and they are very helpful. The room are spacious and hotel interior match with the 5 star hotel status. There are few available activities for the guest and really love the clean swimming pool. The only cons are small gym and no Netflix in the room.

This hotel can't be considered a 4-star one, perhaps more like a 3-star. The rooms are small, with the worst part being the leak in the bathroom, causing water splashes during showers and creating puddles everywhere. It's uncomfortable, and they only provide one wet mat. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was given a general room (as per the receptionist), and there's still a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The promised ozone generator was never provided, even upon check-out. The breakfast area is extremely cramped, making it uncomfortable. This experience is significantly different from Alana in Bali and Jogja.
