🇮🇹 Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dopo il nostro matrimonio pensando di aver scelto un hotel ”sopra la media” ma abbiamo dovuto ricrederci in parte. Partendo dalle note positive, il personale è preparato e gentile e la colazione a buffet è ricca di ottimi prodotti e ben fornita. Le note negative invece sono la mancanza della macchinetta per il caffè o il tè in camera (da un 4 stelle mi aspetto di averla), la mancanza di un secondo cuscino nell'armadio e lo scarico della doccia completamente otturato e che si riempiva non appena si apriva l'acqua. Ci saremmo aspettati più cura e accortezza nelle camere. 🇬🇧 We stayed in this hotel after our wedding thinking we had chosen an ”above average” hotel but we had to partially change our minds. Starting from the positive notes, the staff is knowledgeable and kind and the breakfast buffet is full of excellent products and well stocked. The negative notes, however, are the lack of a coffee or tea maker in the room (for a 4-star hotel I expect to have one), the lack of a second pillow in the wardrobe and the shower drain which was completely blocked and which filled up as soon as the water was turned on. We would have expected more care and attention in the rooms.

The quality and abundance of every dish, the meat was a fabulous! Perfect and careful service! We spent a beautiful night in the family. Intimate and characteristic local, with a beautiful chassis, I felt at home immediately! We will certainly return.

We had already read the website and the reviews that this B&B was absolutely our case but, after being ”cockold” x 3 gg, we can say that it is WERE WERE, and that Mr. Oscar's elegant hospitality gave us the Absolute Relax. To return to us!

The stuff is superbe! The people from the front desk are super professional even when you are stressed they think about a way to solve problems with going the extra mile! Thank you so much for such service! So reader please be nice to them! The breakfast and the beds/rooms/toilet/foyer are very clean - that’s really a big plus and beds are truely comfy. The modern Retro looking supercool Toilet even has a bidet and the soap is not one of those cheap soaps it smells wonderful and is not slimy! Check out the Italian espresso! It’s good and also the mini cupcakes, fresh different fruits, the fresh yoghurt (no drying spots yesss) and the salami is remarkable. Foyer and check in with modern desks for working travelers or young and old kids who want to charge their gadgets… Wifi: no Problems Good rest :)

I am very disappointed with this Hotel as it didn't have a working air conditioning during our stay, even though they advertise at *********** and their webpage as having it. I complained several times to Hotel's front desk and they said they they were working with their technical department to fix it. Nothing was ever done since we requested it a after our first night at the hotel. The only thing they did is to put a fan in the room, that was their solution to the problem. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of the heat as summer moved in. Decided to move to another hotel and shorten our stay, but the Hotel decided to apply penalty for the whole stay. What about the fact that they cheat their guests offering A/C when it doesn't have it? Apart from the fact that breakfast items run our early and you have to end up with a very limited assortment of foods. I really advise guests, to avoid this Hotel, specially if you are sensible to heat during the night. (it was around 30”C)

Service and room are best. Also price is cheap. But there are not kettle , cups , spoons or another things , maybe these are optional things but i need mostly. So overall i recommend this hotel to everyone. A little bit far from Como ( 1 station about 15 min ). It locates in Como Camerlata.

Check in was smooth and easy with the helpful and friendly staff. A comfortable room and I had one of the best sleeps on a trip around this part of Italy. A clean and modern bathroom too. I had dinner in the restaurant which was very busy and popular and the food was excellent and with large portions at a good price. There is also a large car park outside the hotel where you can park for free. I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to book there again.
