Just near the airport, very convenient, clean and tidy, cost-effective. The only downside is that breakfast is as simple as other convenient hotels, but it is too simple, even sausage, scrambled eggs.
My husband and I just spent our anniversary at the Vin staying a couple of nights and had the best time. We enjoyed music in Harvest Hall, met some wonderful people at the hotel bar and had a great breakfast the morning we checked out. Well, we finally unpacked our suitcases a few days after we checked out and I realized I must have left my jewelry bag in our room…I was sick about it as I had my retired James Avery pieces in that bag. SO, I called FOUR days later to see if by chance housekeeping had found my jewelry bag and JR was very kind taking details of our room # and dates we had stayed. JR said he would check and call me back. A couple of hours later he called to say he had my bag after he had taken time to search himself! Going the extra mile is very impressive in the hotel industry. We will be back around the holidays to enjoy another stay…definitely a highlight of the Holidays!!

This was our second stay at this hotel, very conveniently located to downtown Grapevine. The room is standard HGI with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. The towels are very thin and were sopping before I was dry after a shower, so those could be improved. Breakfast was good, and Edith took great care of us both there and at the bar one evening. This would have been a 5 star review except... they offer a shuttle within a 5 mile radius and last time it worked perfectly. This time was nothing short of a disaster. We were told to call and let the desk know what time we wanted to go, which we did, and at the appointed time went to the lobby and waited 30 minutes, then literally tried to chase down the driver who sped off without noticing we were there. Fortunately for us, Donmynique was at the front desk, saw what happened, and radioed him back. When we finished dinner, we called the hotel and were told he'd be along to pick us up shortly. 30 minutes later, no one. We called again and were told he was really busy, so they would call us a cab but it would be quite a while. We chose to uber back instead. Again fortunately for us, Donmynique was there, and she gave us breakfast coupons to make up for the trouble and reimburse us for the uber ride. The next day we waited maybe 10 min. for a ride into old Grapevine and were dropped off in a good spot for exploring. When it was time to be picked up, guess what? The shuttle van had broken down, so we were on our own to get back. Uber to the rescue again. This time, Donmynique told us the hotel would reimburse us in cash for the cost of the uber, and that was done very quickly. While the experience of the shuttle could not have been worse, the way Donmynique handled the situation was exemplary. She told us she was fairly new to the hotel, but management made a great decision in hiring her. All employees could take a lesson from her professionalism and the manner in which she handled the situation. Thank you!!
Just off W State Hwy 114 and surrounded by restaurants, find us within walking distance of the Grapevine Convention Center. Grapevine Mills Mall, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, SEA LIFE Grapevine Aquarium, and Peppa Pig World of Play are all within five miles. Enjoy our complimentary breakfast bagel bar and airport shuttle, fitness center, and outdoor pool.
Great experience!! It's my first time driving solo away from my family and my stay here was excellent! Had to get a drink from the bar, Nick was the bartender and he made a great cocktail drink for me. Customer service is excellent!! Will stay here again!!
What a great hotel to stay at during our layover! Customer service was top notch! Shout out to Deja. You went above and beyond to be helpful. We Started our long flight with an early check in than the regular three pm hotels usually enforce. Very nice and clean hotel. Food was amazing at restaurant and room service orders too. Thank you for taking such good care of us and being in a such a convenient place where we could stay in our hotel till last minute and were just a short elevator ride to go check in for our next flight. We will definitely be back!
Great hotel, exactly as described on the picture and up to the standard of “Marriott” brand. Very helpful front desk, late checkout without hassle and I could send a package there. The included breakfast is nice with different options and everything on self service. Free coffee available 24hrs and the hotel is virtually 5min walk away from Grapevine outlet mall. And airport shuttle available!!
Some of my family and I traveled to Grapevine, Tx for the upcoming Dallas Cowboy vs NY Giants game in Oct 2020. I must say that it was, truly, a WONDER-FULL STAY at this hotel!! The professionalism, hospitality, and respect was SPOT ON! Location was AWESOME...very close to shopping and various eateries (actuallu in walking distance)!
Additionally, HATS OFF to Bonnie and Clyde's restaurant located inside of the hotel. Food, drinks, and CUSTOMER SERVICE was GREAT ♥️🍸🥩🍲♥️!
The only downside was not having a microwave in the room. Other than that, this hotel is A GREAT and Beauty-FULL place to stay whether it's for business or for leisure.
Myself, my wife, my son and daughter-in-law, and their two pre-school age children stayed in two rooms at this hotel on Saturday night April 20 due to a canceled flight. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless, with a wonderful shower. The free breakfast was way above average, including oatmeal, sausage, a lot of fresh cut fruit, waffles and much more. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the level of customer service provided by the truly wonderful staff. We were stranded on short notice due to a canceled flight caused by horrible weather. Our rescheduled outbound flight was not until 7:20 PM. What were we to do with a two and four year old between an 11AM checkout time and a 5PM arrival at the airport? I stopped at the front desk and asked about the possibility of staying until late afternoon, and what it might cost (if it was even feasible). The extremely kind and caring lady at the desk (I believe she said her name is Annabel although I am not sure of the spelling) signed me up for Marriott Bonvoy rewards membership, then, apparently as a benefit of membership, extended our checkout time to 4PM for no extra charge. This act of kindness was a huge help to us, and we are extremely grateful for this. We highly recommend this hotel!

What a pleasant surprise. SpringHill Suites DFW North/Grapevine exceeded my expectations. After checking in about 8:30 on Thanksgiving night, we picked up turkey & dressing takeout from Cracker Barrel (3 minutes away). The seating area in the room provided a comfortable place to eat our dinner. After finishing the meal, my wife had brought homemade pecan pie--but we didn't have any milk and nothing close by was open. I went to the front desk, but there was none for sale at the desk. One of the ladies at the desk said, ”Just a minute” and went to the kitchen and came back with 2 cups of milk. That made me feel like a valued customer. When we first went to our room on the 4th floor, from the hallway I could hear people in the rooms on either side of us. I thought we were in for a restless night. But once we got in our room and turned on the A/C it was a quiet, RESTFUL, night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, A/C was quiet but provided just the right amount of ”white noise”. One convenient feature we liked is that the lavatory sink is not in the bathroom with the tub and toilet. The next morning, I went to the breakfast buffet. (I'm usually underwhelmed by hotel's complimentary breakfasts.) Again, SpringHill Suites exceeded my expectations. Egg white & kale frittatas, turkey sausage as well as the standard fare for breakfast buffets.
JJosh KMy recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Coppell was pleasant. Checking in was quick. The room was clean. I compliment housekeeping for that, especially the sanitized and wrapped TV remote control. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having a sofa in the room. The climate control system worked well and was quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. Free WiFi speeds were okay. The only thing I could ask for would be a lockable room safety box. Breakfast included a nice variety of options. The tables were kept clean. I would stay again.
GGuest UserWas hoping to get a decent night sleep and booked a king bed at the Hyatt trusting that the name meant something. How wrong I was. I arrived around midnight and attempted to purchase a drink and a couple snacks from the coffee shop which was listed as open until one. The person working ignored me for a bit before deadpan staring at me, checking their watch and telling me they were closed. When I made it to my room there were coffee mug stains on all the surface areas, a running water issue in the toilet and the alarm clock had not been reset waking me up earlier than I would have liked. To top it off 3$ for the bottles of water in the room. Overall, if I’m in the same situation in future I would rather save my money and sleep at the airport. A couple redeeming qualities were the friendly staff at the desk and the shuttle driver.
Since the company that manages this location, Aimbridge Hospitality rotated the current GM and AGM here, the management professionalism and hotel cleanliness are appalling! Unprofessional Management Team: I was told that both the GM and the AGM were named Chris, and the way they treated my 65-year-old mother was unacceptable! My mother was disrespected by a ”sassy”, unprofessional Asian American or South American who was not wearing a nametag for identification. I took a picture of this unidentifiable and unprofessional manager during one of his interactions with my mother to capture his blatant ignorance of professionalism and decorum. Room and hotel grounds: I have attached multiple pictures that show the dirty, stained hallway carpeting riddled with multiple cockroaches and other bugs. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” (see pictures) Outside the exit door by the gym is a bee hive forming with active bees swarming around. (see pictures) Behind the couch in the room was a pile of some type of insect that were not living. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.”(see pictures) I know this is a pet-friendly hotel, but the smell of pet dander is extremely strong because housekeeping doesn't use pet cleaning solutions when guests with pets check out. This demonstrates the lack of compliance with Hilton's CleanStay initiative which states ”The Hilton CleanStay program delivers an industry-defining standard of cleanliness across Hilton’s family of brands globally to give our guests peace of mind from check-in to check-out.” Again, since the new management team was switched out, the quality of service is nonexistent and the cleanliness is that of a Motel 6 quality.
GGuest UserThe location is only a few blocks off the freeway and easy to get to. When I first entered the lobby I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I was checked in very quickly, about 3 minutes. The desk explained the amenities the Inn provides. The free breakfast, where to fitness center and elevators were located as well as where the room was located. The room was clean and the A/C came on automatically and the room was very affordable.
TToy1913Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Definitely looking forward to visiting again when we’re in the Dallas area!
GGuest UserThe front desk was excellent. I wish our room had air conditioner. We had a unit that ventilated out side. It was loud and
Almost in the middle of the room. We were so hot at night, that we actually were sweating and it was hard to sleep.it was so hot. We sweat to high heaven at night in the bedroom!
If there is a next time, I will ask before going up, does the room have a regular air conditioner??? I never thought I had to do that. We even checked in after3.
WWENThe environment is good, very safe, there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. In the morning, I will say a few departures from the boss. There is a drop-off service. The shuttle can save a lot of money. I will choose it later, drive, and the parking lot is free. The room is very large, there is a small living room, separate from the bedroom, this is great, in short, the characteristics of the American hotel is big, very good.
