They are available 24 hours a day, and even if you leave at 4am to go to Machu Picchu or Rainbow Mountain, they will send you off with a smile. The hot showers are good and the WiFi is fast. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, and there's a large supermarket nearby, so access is not bad. There are plenty of blankets, but there is no air conditioning, so it may be a bit cold in the middle of the night for those who are sensitive to the cold. Check-out time is 9am, but they were flexible and said any time was fine, and I was grateful that they could store my luggage after check-out. Both Sr. Coco and Sr. Ana Maria are talkative and it was fun to talk to them about various things.

Really nice people that offer help where ever you need it! They helped us book Machu Picchu (last minute), sacred valley and rainbow mountain. Even booked extra nights here, clean rooms and good breakfast.

Hostal fantástico. Cerca del centro, se puede ir andando a unos 10/15 minutos. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Había agua caliente y con presión. El desayuno muy bueno, fresco y completo. El dueño Coco y su mujer muy simpáticos y muy atentos.
