Surprised by glowing reviews. This hotel was mediocre at best. It looks good but: torn bedding,threadbare, stained towels,gaping bathroom door, door key which didn’t work, confusing light switches…

Nothing that i can talk bad about, everything is tip top

Really a good experience. Hotel room is amazing and even better than expected. Super clean as well. Staffs are kind and gentle, also they all speak English and try to help you with everything. Only “weak” point is Wi-Fi in the room (not a problem for phones since we have SIMCARD), what makes a little hard to use the internet on TV, but nothing that we can’t handle (it works in the end). Definitely want to stay there again and highly recommend

Nice hotel

The environment is very good. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. There are multiple rooms, which are very suitable for a family!

It's clean, quiet, and the breakfast is high-quality. The staff is friendly, so it's a pleasant place. I want to come back again!!

The location is convenient. You can drink coffee and eat nearby. There are several supermarkets. It's quite quiet and the service is very good. The breakfast is quite comfortable and just right. I like the decoration here. All in all, I spent a comfortable and quiet time here. I will choose here next time

The ground floor of the hotel room is very dirty and black even with a single swipe. In the early days, the service attitude of the staff was good, but it was easy to make mistakes. The building even forgot to return the certificate to the guest. Many items require additional fees.

The environment in the hotel was absolutely great and welcoming. The staff here also kind and helpful! The hotel is nice, calm, clean, comfirtable and beautiful. Everything is nice in this hotel. Should give the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this hotel and the staff here.

this hotel is fantastic! room was big and well equipped, breakfast delicious, staff really friendly especially Chloe ( i hope i spelled it correctly) she is reall angel always smilly and ready to help. totally recomend this to everyone!!!!

Staff are very accommodating. Reception is very friendly and helpful all the time for any of our concerns. Rooms are well appointed and breakfast has enough selection of international food with a few tasty vietnamese dishes. Worth to mention it's close to the beach and central market.

The staff at the hotel is trully outstanding, especially Cloe - she took great care of us. From the beginning to the end of our stay. The room was clean and specious, the pool was cosy and the food was enjoyable ☺️ I can wholeheartedly recommend this stay!
