The location is very good, the service in the hotel is great, and there are Vietnamese staff who can speak Chinese. Beautiful wallet souvenir upon check out, great experience! Remember to buy a few more bags of coffee as souvenirs in Dalat City

The room I stayed in this time had no windows. The hotel's motorcycle rental fee is 150,000 VND a day. If you are from China, it is recommended to charter a car. There are quite a lot of cars here during the day. The hotel waiters do not speak Chinese, but can communicate in English. There are many types of breakfast to choose from in the morning. You can note the breakfast staple food in advance when checking in. The beef rice noodles here are good and you can try them.

Overall, it wasn't bad. Although it was small, the facilities were well-maintained, and the interior, although unique, was okay. The location was far from the city center, but you could walk to Dalat Market and other places, and if you called a car, you could go to most places for a reasonable price. However, it would be better if the staff were a little more friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad either. I think I'll consider staying here again when I go to Dalat.

The location of the hotel is only 10 minutes away from various attractions by grab. The surrounding area is quiet. There are several good Western restaurants nearby, and there are also several authentic Vietnamese restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The hotel has a bowl of Vietnamese Pho for breakfast every day, with different ingredients every day. The hotel staff and security guards at the door are all very friendly and courteous. In particular, there is a lady named Mai who speaks very fluent English and can also speak Mandarin. She is very enthusiastic about helping guests. She does not want tips for her. She is very happy to help guests, which is really rare. The room is large and very clean. The only thing is that the soundproofing of the room is average. You can clearly hear people talking when you walk out of the corridor from the isolated room.

The location is very remote, and there is only one house around the hotel. There is not even a convenience store. It is on a hill, so it is very difficult to walk around. Also, from the evening, the road becomes pitch black. There are rental bikes (does this mean you have to drive without a license?), but I don't use them because it is dangerous. There is nothing around, so you can't even buy water. They take advantage of this and charge more than four times the normal price for the water in the minibar in the room! It's pretty bad. The staff's attitude is also bad even before I checked in. The way the staff knocked on my room door was very rough and rough. They banged on it over and over again, about 12 times. The window in the room is also very small, so the view is bad. Also, the room is small and there is only one chair, so it would be difficult for two people to stay in this room. In addition, the shower is hot at first, but it gradually gets lukewarm and cold. It's cold, so you can't take a shower for a long time. You will catch a cold. The breakfast has very few varieties, and even if you go at 9am, many foods are already gone and are not replenished. (Breakfast is served until 10am) I ordered an omelette, but just scrambled eggs came. The staff themselves kept saying it was an omelette, and it was clear that it was an omelette. Maybe they don't know what an omelette is? Of course, there's no filling in it. This hotel is all black and gold, but it's just to make it look luxurious, and the reality is not good at all. It's really a new hotel, but the content is nothing to show for it, it's all show. The staff and service are really bad, and the location and facilities are also bad. So the price is poor value for money. I stayed here because the reviews were good, but overall I would not recommend it.

It was a very satisfactory hotel. It was nice that it was quiet as it was a bit far from the city center. The service is very good and it is easy to take a taxi, so I think I will use it often in the future.

It's a place that pushes forward with a high-end concept, and it's very good. The breakfast is disappointing, but it's newly built, so the facilities are really worth the price. The staff is friendly and impressive.
