I was pretty tired so I didn’t take any photos of the room; however, the room is fine. There’s a big comfy bed, beautiful furniture, the view from the window is okay. The price in pretty nice. I didn’t like the bathroom, but I understand that it was typical Chinese style of a bathroom when water runs down on the floor. The hotel located on a tiny quiet street, which was about 15 minutes walk from the market streets. The owners were nice, the lady owner added my WeChat and was ready to help me. I highly recommend you to rent a bike and go for a ride by the lake. There’s a testing station not far from the hotel and the main gate, which works until 10pm

The apartment is very clean and located inside a safe and new apartment complex. It has three bedrooms, two of which have its own private full bathrooms and working/entertainment areas. A washer machine is also provided. There are two electric tank water heaters that ensure ample supply of hot waters for showering. If you don’t mind that the location is somewhat remote from the dali old town (about 45 minutes by didi), it is a good place to spend the night with the family.

For the same price, it is right to choose this inn. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided on this one. The boss will call in advance and pick it up at the city gate in person. In the off-season, the boss can also arrange a parking space for free, after 8 pm. Park the car, get on the boss's three-wheeled chariot, and take people and luggage back to the inn. I came to Dali alone and wanted to stay in the ancient city for one night. Since I had to leave very early the next day and couldn't stay for a few hours, I thought of booking a random hotel.
