Situated in the somewhat dusty Dien Bien Phu this is a great travellers stop. Loved the vibes. Clean rooms, good rate. English is well spoken ( google translate can only get you so far in a conversation) , the nextdoor lady cooks up nice food and a stonethrow is away a great coffee place. Proper motorbike tours can be booked here ( its licensed company, not the crappy unregulated stuff where you lose a limb or a life ). Hence: Highly recommended. ( normally i get bit bit suspicious with all perfect reviews, here these are well earned ).
