Spa Hotels in Dresden

Highly recommended although can hear street noise. 400 meters to central train station, 200 neters to tram station. Clean room with a view to the pedestrain street below, which can be busy and slightly noisy, may be not ideal for the light sleepers. Friendly and helper staff

The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!

The room is very spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. I didn't expect there is a microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes walk to almost all attractions. Buffet breakfast, you can order 3 kinds. I recommend the chicken omelette. It's a little far from the train station, three tram stops.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

The breakfast variety is absolutely great. When you go out, you will see the famous cathedral. You can run along the river in the morning. It is also very convenient to walk to the pedestrian street, and walk to the train station for fifteen minutes.

The hotel is in a very good location, very convenient for traveling, has complete facilities, the service staff has a very good attitude, and the appearance and decoration are very unique. It is very suitable for family travel and will come again.

The hotel is large, the facilities are a bit old but it has everything it should have, and it is very cost-effective. After receiving the feedback, Zejing took the customer's perspective and solved the problem as soon as possible instead of shirking responsibility. Very good hotel. The location is excellent and convenient, just beside the scenic Bruer platform, next to the Notre Dame Cathedral. The room is very spacious, the recliner in the room is very comfortable, and there are free drinks every day. The breakfast is also very rich, which is the most satisfying hotel during the trip to Germany.

In general, I see a discrepancy between demand/price and reality. The hotel was nicely renovated, but rooms are very small. The interior is very quiet, but there is something missing at ambience (background music? ...). Service not at 5 stars level (bsp was not offered us at any time help with our baggage, even not, When a staff member accidentally went to the same chair). Location is top. But price is too high.

It is worthy of the Relais & Châteaux series hotel, the service is very friendly, much better than the Kempinski I have stayed in before. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit simpler.
