The toilet is not so clean. The wash cup and the drinking cup are the same. I feel that the toiletries are not in place. The dental appliances are all gray. There is no landline in the room that can be called to the front desk. There is no shower cap in the room. There is no mineral water provided. If you need these, you have to go to the front desk to redeem them. The care package has to be picked up at the front desk. It's really troublesome. Shouldn't these be provided in a hotel? Friends who are going to live are cautious.
