Resorts World Genting - First World Hotel

This hotel is ok for 1 night stay and for the convenient purpose of going to the ******. The check in process is super terrible and no clear instruction to people who booked through 3rd party like Trip.com etc that they have to do some registration first before you can even check in, wasted our time queuing at the self check in kiosk, I don't know why such simple notice cannot be place all over the lobby area. We stayed in non-smoking level but still can smell people smoking at nigh, but at least the room cleanness is ok. . Oh ya there have people right at the lobby keep asking if you want to buy the room stay, hotel side mentioned illegal but no action taken. For the amount spent for such hotel room, I don't think is worth the value at all. If you are super gambler then this is good hotel because your routine is just Eat Sleep Gamble Repeat
