The staff was very kind and friendly. She gave us advice on where to go and led us around the hostel. Due to some issues, we were not living in the room that we booked. Instead, we were upgraded to a bigger room with its own washroom. The room is very clean and decent! The only flaw I can point out is the limited storage space inside the washroom but that is still acceptable. Everything else is more than good!

Location was great at a very central place in Georgetown. Quiet and convenient. Nicole was very nice and accommodating too, overall the homestay was a great experience staying in a traditional shop house in Penang

The location is very good, close to everything, less than five minutes to the George Town check-in point, and less than 10 minutes to the mural street, super convenient for city walk!!
The environment is very unique, with a small loft style, very special, and full of Nanyang atmosphere
The staff has a very good service attitude, warm and polite, can't find fault, five stars, and Christmas cookies were given when leaving
