Hotel Heden, BW Signature Collection Reviews

I was staying on 8-9 september for 1 night. Facilities in the hotel are surprisingly good and the sauna was perfect. Room are nice and tidy. Toilets are a bit small but its clean and have everything you need. The breakfast have a wide range of selections with hot and cold plates. Specially appreciate Susanne, Iren & Andita showing us useful informations in the area by patiently answering our questions and showing exceptional Standard of customer service. Will be staying in the same hotel if I'm travelling to Sweden again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and organized. They have several great amenities like a sauna & luggage storage for the day (even after you check out). Not far from anything and in a great location. The staff all speak great English and were incredibly friendly! Breakfast was traditionally Swedish with lots to choose from and easy for anyone to find something enjoyable.

The hotel is a courtyard-style hotel. It is recommended to choose a room near the periphery. Below the inner circle rooms is the courtyard, which is the hotel's dining and bar. It is a little noisy. The hotel's own parking lot is a small area in the large open-air parking lot next to the hotel. It is very small and you can hardly wait for a parking space. There are many public parking lots in other areas around. You need to use the Swedish parking APP to pay. You can bind a credit card to pay. After parking, enter the parking lot identification number. When you need to leave, just pull the progress bar of the APP. It is charged by time. The Hasselblad Center is in the art museum. You don't need to go there specifically. You can check in at the Hasselblad statue at the door. The Volvo Museum is temporarily closed, so you don't need to go there specifically.

Environment: The room is quite big, there is a kettle in the room, the breakfast is pretty good, there are many people at certain times, so you need to avoid them, it is an economical choice for business trips!

The room is small, the facilities are old, the breakfast is good, and it is close to the train station.
