Thank you to the housekeeper Mia for her warm and considerate service, which made our stay at Anantara feel warm. The lady learned that it was the child's birthday and helped us upgrade the room, decorated the room and sent a small cake. She kept asking about our needs and reminding us of the hotel's activity time. The other staff of the hotel were also very nice, and the service can be regarded as the ceiling of Guiyang Hotel. The hotel is not big, but the indoor and outdoor scenery are very good. It should be more beautiful in spring and summer. The swimming pool is well heated and the water temperature is suitable. Children can also swim in winter. It is a good choice for those who want to take children to play in the water but are worried that the hot spring hotel is easy to get sick due to the large number of people. A small suggestion, the children's playground is relatively small. If the hotel has more children's recreational facilities, it should be more attractive to guests who have weekend tours around, especially parent-child tours, during the non-tourist peak season.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

There were all kinds of delicious food downstairs. It was very close to the famous Minsheng Road and Caijia Street and all kinds of famous restaurants and coffee shops The bedding was good and comfortable, the TV could project the screen, the soap box in the shower was a bit bad, and the bathtub seemed to be leaking a bit. The toilet was very good, and the instant coffee in the mini bar was average

As good as always, the room is comfortable and there are many places to eat nearby. Xiao Zheng, who checked in at the front desk, was very friendly and arranged a room with a good view. Stacey and Eliaen's service was also very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time.

Before booking the hotel, I happened to see someone on xhs recommending this Zhenbo, saying that it was the ceiling of Guiyang's service. I care a lot about service and it happened to be my birthday. Looking at the price, it was very reasonable even during the Spring Festival. It also includes brunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and cocktails. Moreover, there is a very fancy Ayunduo Warehouse at the door, and it is also close to the North Station! This is it! The butler service is really super nice! We stayed at Renaissance Guiyang five night total, and we loved the facilities especially the swimming pool our kids had great time. Room service is amazing and breakfast had variety choices Chinese and western, it meets our tastes. It was a short walk to some local shops and restaurants, which included a metro station and it was very easy to get an e-car too. There was even a robot that delivered complimentary bottled water, which was nice. Just one down side, when we checked in at 6th of August, the receptionist seems not quite to know what she is doing, she had to call over colleagues to help with the check in process and refused to scan my marriot member card, which as a result I missed out on collecting three night's worth of reward points.

The hotel is based on the far west of the town surrounded by wholesale markets. Although possible to take the metro it is still far from the metro station and I recommend you take a taxi (about 90 RMB). The hotel itself has the reception on the 12th floor with the rooms from the 6th floor upwards. Gym and meeting rooms are on third floor. The room is nice and modern with a good bed, good showers. I had a suite with good sized living room. Unfortunately the restaurant only serves breakfast and the bar on the 12th was closed. As there is not much around it be great if that was opened. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for travel. It is not far from home and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping. In particular, it is worth praising that the two beautiful girls in the hotel lobby are very considerate. The unexpected surprise is that the lobby has a special high-altitude viewing room, with fruits to eat and drink, snacks and even baked sweet potatoes. It is so touching.
