All ok but only the room window on corridor so hot like sauna room,  I suggest must have fan if room like this type

Its located in the snow town. Room is big enough for 6 pax. Bedding are clean but not very comfortable to sleep. Toilet water pressure is not too strong. However, i think this hotel is a good choice compare to other hotel in the snow town.

The hotel is very new and clean. It takes only a few minutes to enter from the big stone tablet. You will pass a small river. The water in the river is flowing and not completely frozen. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful. The housekeeper Xiao Zhao's service is too good. He arrived at the shuttle bus terminal early before arriving at the snow village to wait, sorted out the time of the play projects, arranged dinner in advance and reserved seats at the restaurant. One person helped to carry most of the luggage. After entering the room, he gave a small gift, breakfast and ski tickets, which made us feel the different warmth of the snow village and subverted the previous stereotype of the snow village. Later I learned that the hotel has set up a Ctrip service center, and the housekeepers are all from Ctrip. I give a big thumbs up to Ctrip. Butler service (customized travel & check-in service): Butler Xiao Zhao was very good. He picked us up and helped carry our suitcases and lead the way. We went to Da**zi Mountain and arranged everything for us. I wanted to go to Xuexiang Ski Resort, and Butler Xiao Zhao also took me there. Finally, when we checked out, he helped carry our suitcases and sent them to the tourist waiting center. We booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights, and the front desk also gave us 2 more bottles of mineral water. The room was very warm and comfortable.

The breakfast is Chinese porridge and soy milk, but our whole family felt very comfortable eating it. In addition, the geographical location is quiet in the bustling city, very convenient! There is the Xuexiang Theater, hiking trails, and children's playground outside. Maybe Xuexiang is not big, but it is convenient to go everywhere. I think staying for one night is actually clean and convenient, with thoughtful service, and this store has it all. The boss added WeChat a few days in advance, and he answered all questions and requests. He is a very nice person. Great!

The room is super big, at least four people can lie on the kang, and the mattress is very soft and not uncomfortable. As a southerner, I had no experience living in a floor-heated room for the first time. It was too hot to sleep at night, so I moved under the window to sleep well. Later I learned that I should open the window for ventilation for a few minutes half an hour before going to bed. When we booked the room, breakfast was not included. We asked the front desk if we wanted to add it. The supervisor was generous and sent us breakfast for 5 people. Although it was the simplest buns, soy milk, porridge, and small cold dishes, the small dishes were all delicious. The dried tofu was very fragrant, and the mixed lotus root slices were very tasty, sour and spicy, appetizing and refreshing. The scenery near the hotel is also very good, and every shot is very good.

We visited Xuexiang once with a tour group 7 or 8 years ago, and revisited the place with our children and friends this year. We traveled independently this time, and were very careful in choosing accommodation. It turned out that the accommodation we chose in Xuexiang and Xuegu were very good. Xuexiang is also worth staying in, and its beauty cannot be replaced by other places. The hotel we chose in Xuexiang this time is an old hotel that has been open in Xuexiang for many years. Before the travel date, the housekeeper Liu Bo added us as a friend and asked if there was any help needed. When we arrived, he warmly helped us check in. The room was prepared with local specialties such as frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and snacks. The housekeeper Liu Bo asked carefully throughout the whole process if there was anything else he could help with, which made us feel the fiery enthusiasm of the Northeast people and the quality of professional service staff! The hotel has unified heating. Maybe we are from the south and are not used to the room temperature. At around 9 o'clock in the evening, I told the housekeeper Liu Bo that it was too hot. I didn't expect that the housekeeper would come to send us water and frozen fruits to cool us down after he had already gone off work. I was embarrassed. The friends who traveled with me on this trip to Northeast China have a very good impression of various places in Northeast China. Now both Harbin and Xuexiang are very popular. The hotel is right in the middle of Xueyun Street, with a very good environment. The hotel facilities and hygiene are good. Xuexiang is beautiful and it is really worth a trip. The local services, catering, entertainment and accommodation are actually very good. Please don't blacken Xuexiang because of a small matter and mislead people who want to visit Xuexiang. The Xuexiang shuttle bus departs every 5 minutes or so.
