Breakfast for €12.90 is not acceptable at all. The staff do not want any extraordinary communication. When you leave the hotel in the morning, they do not ask how you are. We are used to something different. Dirty towels are left on the floor in every hotel. That means... they can no longer be used. Unfortunately, they were always hung up again. Not very pleasant, as you do not know what your partner used them for. For us, B&B is no longer an option.

Unfortunately, we were not informed that a construction site in the hotel was causing noise. Please also vacuum under the beds. Otherwise gladly again.

Parking is very convenient. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that does not wake me up in the cold at night. Check-in was smooth.

My second time staying...

Very friendly and attentive staff! We were also offered extra services (early breakfast for the children). A mattress had a large stain, but this was fixed immediately! Great location, right on the doorstep of downtown. You can get everywhere with the subway and there are even 2 large shopping centers in the immediate vicinity. All in all a very nice hotel for families!
