The hotel is really great! The atmosphere is super warm. The room is spacious and clean, the layout is very exquisite, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The hotel service is impeccable. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. Whether it is the thoughtful guidance at check-in or the response to daily needs, it makes people feel particularly heartwarming. The catering is also quite good, with rich and diverse dishes and excellent taste. The cleaning lady is very enthusiastic. It would be even better if there is a swimming pool

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
I planned to visit Hangzhou before New Year's Day, and accidentally discovered this treasure hotel. It was a surprise! I didn't step on thunder! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the warm butler service. The handsome butler brother Xiaofeng greeted us with a smile at the intersection. There was also a steaming hot Jiuquhongmei welcome tea tasting in the lobby. The fragrance of Longjing tea in the lobby was fresh and refined, and the singing bowl sound therapy welcome ceremony brought by the Western teacher made us completely relaxed [strong][strong][strong]. The room is super large, and there is a super large balcony. The standard items are very high-end, Dyson hair dryer, mini bar, coffee machine is also very tasteful, and electric kettles are all Italian Delonghi! Breakfast is in the form of a set meal, which should be to avoid waste, but it feels pretty good. The environment in West Lake is absolutely first-class, the butler service is impeccable, the front desk is warm and polite and can remember my name [strong][strong][strong], I will consider a second brush! d

Xixi Wetland Park
We are actually trying to find a drawback to this hotel, but this is really difficult, as you have all the services and amenities that you would expect. English speaking staff was available (which seems to be rare these days even in 5 stars hotels) and very professional. The rooms are well decorated and spacious. The location and environment are peaceful and green, perfect if you are trying to escape the busy center of Hangzhou. The breakfast had a wide choice of good quality international and local options. If we really had to be picky, the cocktails were slow to come at the afternoon tea restaurant. That was the only potential improvement to make that we found. ;)

East Railway Station Area

Linping New Town
When I checked into the hotel, the front desk staff were enthusiastic and took the initiative to upgrade my room type for free, sent me fruits, and tried the hotel's clothing care machine and light wave room (this is really something I have never experienced in other hotels ~ novel ~ I like it) The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Chinese and Western breakfast ~ I ordered Lanzhou ramen (made on the spot by the guy) gluten
