cosy neat n clean deluxe twin bed room.
although it was at 2nd floor, it was quite with very nosy street/ night markets with lots of scooters n cars rushing through that narrow dirty road.
the small boutique hotel is located in very messy Ild Quarter of Hanoi.
I would like to praise one of the customer service staff (not Ns Nancy as she was Off) that day.
she helped us to call Grab driver n carried our luggage brought both of us to the busy full of chaotic traffic to the main road to look for the car .
Exceptional service that i really appreciate! 😊👍

The hotel is located at the heart of old quarter which is very convenient to go to places. The service staff was excellent, always greeted us with smile and ask if we required any assistance. Highly recommended

The hotel is in old quarters, and very near beer street. It is walking distance to everywhere from local food, street shopping and soaking in the Vietnamese atmosphere.

The room is huge and clean. However, our junior suite was on the 3rd floor and when it rained, the raindrops was hitting on the zinc roof next to our hotel and we were awakened by the sound whole night. No problem if it is not raining. MET restaurant and Banh Mi Hoi An are near the hotel so it is a plus point.

stayed 1 night here with a group of friends. breakfast had a nice spread of local and international cuisines. location was slightly further from the central tourist spots so we had to do a lot of walking in the heat. however, the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful with our trip. they reached out to us way before our check-in date to assist us in our trip planning. during our stay, they took care of us and ensured we were travelling safely. they even provided a local guide on how to travel on the streets of vietnam! 😊 if you don’t mind the location, i would definitely recommend this hotel! 🎉
