The room is comfortable. There are all the amenities: hot water, a good 43' TV with smart TV, electric stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, air conditioning, fan, balcony, excellent bed with a quality mattress, folding table. The hostess, a girl, and her mother are very polite, quickly respond to our questions. We liked everything, and we extended our stay in this hotel in Hanoi for another month. The hostess provides assistance in obtaining a SIM card, calling a taxi to the airport, an excursion to Halong Bay. All without extra charge.
The hotel occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, without an elevator. For a man, this is not a problem.
The hotel is located in the old quarter, it is fun and crowded until night.
Overall, this is a comfortable apartment with all the amenities, in comparison with other options nearby that we found, this place is a very good option.
