It’s a beautiful hotel with the location that is not too far out. The staff however needs to improve their service. We were really disappointed with the front desk staff who were not friendly, not helpful with luggage and didn’t answer the questions we had about the area.

There were hairs on the bed, it seemed like it hadn't been changed after use. The bed was seriously sagged, and the facilities were old. The most annoying thing was that in the middle of winter, it was more than 20 degrees below zero. I waited outside for 40 minutes and the hotel car didn't come to pick me up. I called and they said they would come within 10 minutes. I confirmed again and again that if they couldn't come, then there would be no need. I called twice and the front desk said they would be there right away. It was such a rip-off. My hands and feet were numb from the cold. You have to be careful when booking this place. There are still rip-offs when booking a room.
