Beautiful room, stayed in the bigger room. Value for space with this area, noise in morning rush hour could be avoided.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Love love this property from the location to the staff ! Their coffee in the Ground Floor was amazing! I stayed in total of 5 nights. The room was very spacious, cleanliness and housekeeping were top notch ! They keep in contact with you via WhatsApp and willing to assist with any issues. Perfect for longer stay because laundry on the top floor is also included which saves us traveller so much time/money. My city’s local friend told me that I chose the right location to stay as it is in the middle of everything. Oh, there is a Bon Bo Hue nearby that I went two times, so delicious ! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taken care of my AirPods and reported to me immediately after I checked out, I can’t say how appreciative I am ! 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️Kudos to this property ! Everyone has done a great job ! I will return !

1. Not suited for elderly to either access via slope or stairs 2. Not all rooms are lift landing. But they were kind enough to change due to my knee issues 3. Their towels have a damp smell. 4. They do not have a proper check in counter. Everything is on WA and they will come to you. Their reaction is pretty quick. 5. Those with heavy and big luggage is not ideal. As its slope down thru the basement or either carry up the stairs via Cafe. 6. The rooms are big but not bright enough. 7. Water pressure is awesome 8. The blankets are thin. Pillows are inconsistent with inner inserts 9. Rooms don't have a fresh smell however it's definitely clean In summary, there isn't proper check in counter and if you need to grab your food, it's a need to lift barrier up and go up slope to reach main road. To me is esp my knee recovery issues. It agrrevates again It's couple of years old but the plants outside the unit makes the place old on first impression. Design is weird and complicated from the outside and windows

High standard, close to center, good for solo or couple short time travel. Reasonable price.

Great apartment close to many attractions in the city center. The house is located on a quiet street. The room is spacious, clean and bright. There is everything you need: an equipped kitchen, dishes, towels, bed linen, shampoo and shower gel. There is a laundry room on the 7th floor. Not far from the house there is a Family Mart and 7/11. The manager is very responsive and cares about the guests, do not hesitate to ask. Entrance and exit to the apartment through the coffee shop, outside working hours through the gate with the key to the room.

This place is clean, spacious (the air conditioner is very cold enough😊👍🤓) very convenient for a long stay because M Villa has a washing machine for you to use. It's just a little inconvenient because this place closes at 9:00 pm, it's inconvenient to go out and come back, you have to call the staff to open the door. If you go for a long time, you will save quite a bit, not having to stay at an expensive hotel.

Very good hotel, although there is no front desk, but the price is right

Maybe foreigners doing business are very different from us. When we got to the door, we actually searched for more than half an hour. We found it after asking for directions and communicating several times and making phone calls. Because it was an apartment, check-in was done in front of the boss. Inside the restaurant, what surprised us was that the noodle shop didn’t turn on the lights, nor did the hotel’s signboard lights. There were flowers and lawns on the side, and my dear, they were all blocked. Next thing you know

The room is nice, but the service is very poor. There is no front desk in the hotel. There is a coffee shop on the first floor. I don't know anything about the hotel. It closes at 9:30. I had to call every time for anything during my stay. The service staff's English was very poor, making it even more difficult to communicate on the phone. Later I learned that one person at the front desk was in charge of two hotels and had to run back and forth.

The location was good and there were no problems.
