The hotel Nuru Ziya Suites is located in a quiet street, but still centrally near Tophane, Istiktal street and Taksim square. You just have to walk out of the street and you will find yourself on Istiktal street with many shops and restaurants. We had a beautiful room with four poster bed (room 331) with a small kitchen, neat bathroom and above all the room was clean. The breakfast was varied every day with Turkish mezzes, fresh fruit, lentil soup and a hot buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is very good - super close to the main street of Beyoglu for shopping, good restaurants nearby, and it's also about 10 minutes from the tram station. It's up/down, though, so you have to take that into consideration.
The service was excellent, everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I needed to print some documents, especially Dani (I hope I'm spelling his name right).
Everything was very clean in the hotel, they even changed our towels every day even though it wasn't necessary (we were fine with reusing them, especially for the environment).
The breakfast was very complete and tasty too.

Ideal location (Istiklal, Galata port 5-10 minutes walk). Room cleaning every day, clean. Breakfast included, helpful staff. The family room is very spacious (by Istanbul standards). We liked. Wi-fi works well, a good cat lives in the hotel)
