The hotel is good. When booking, I requested a high floor and it was arranged. I booked 4 rooms at once. It is suitable for business trips. I will choose this hotel next time. I recommend everyone to try it.

Expensive for what it offers.

Hotel very clean, beds super comfortable, Staff great, has a bar and restaurant- food very good too Zehra, in Guest Relations I cannot say enough about this wonderful Lady so helpful. Shopping nearby About 40 minutes from airport but all good! Would I come back yes!

It’s a lovely and cosy hotel. The staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. Among the hotel staff, Zehra and Devran were amazing. They were both very attentive, helpful and cheerful. The hotel is located close to two shopping centres and plenty of local restaurants and cafes. It’s a family-friendly hotel. My father and I stayed there during late December 2024. We both enjoyed our time there. The hotel building is newly renovated and is kept clean. The hotel breakfast was very tasty, especially the Sütlaç. The only area for improvement that comes to my mind is to make the rooms more soundproof.

Lovely stay; arrived after a long flight in the evening and greatly appreciate the warm welcome and efficient check in by Hatice, Bark and Devran. Pleasantly surprised by an upgrade. The suite was very clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely jacuzzi tub.

Great hotel experience. Delicious breakfast, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. One of the best hotels I stayed in. It's a great place if you want to relax at your hotel, not only sleep. I really recommend it to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

Clean rooms, convenient location that is close to lot of food places and shopping malls. Amazing Turkish breakfast that has a lot of variety. Friendly and helpful staff who can give directions and recommendations. Fantastic overall and hope to come back.

Extremely lousy customer approach. Not informing the guests regarding the connection to WiFi at the checkin appropriately; willing to charge for 10 minutes parking the price of a full day, and cherry on top - they withdrew extra payment from my card after checkout (even though there were no extras). First they didn’t want to admit their mistake, then admitted but kept me occupied for almost 2 weeks with reminders and finally paying back 6 weeks after their erroneous withdrawal. Yes if I didn’t notice it I in my credit card statement - they would have gotten along with it. Shameful!

Excellent breakfast with lots of variety and options good range of different options. good room staff very helpful. Devran is very helpful no issues with check in check out would stay here again. Room is clean and shower is good. Overall very good

Good place to stay in Istanbul. Very polite and welcoming staff, good service, hot breakfast, good location. A little bit expensive. I give a good review because I think that in order to get an excellent rating, they needed to do some renovations in the rooms and toilets, because it is impossible to wash in the shower without the water leaking into the room. And the toilets are not at all convenient. I lived in this hotel for 4 days. The rooms are cleaned every day and they put two small bottles of water that can be used for coffee or tea.
