Great Hotel for staying nearby the Chengdu Airport. The service is great. Breakfast has variety. Room size is good. View outside is nice. The free shuttle bus service from Airport to Hotel is convenient for those who arrive late especially Midnight. Comfortable rooms. Not far away from Airport. Complementary transfer between Hotel and Airport. If you want to go outside to try some Food - please prepare Cash or have WeChat Pay or Ali Pay installed and activated in advanced. Basically Excellent, Superb, Fantastic, Outstanding and Mind-blowing.

Place is clean and well maintained. Location is a bit far from airport ( 15min drive through the woods / undeveloped roads ), TV / projector doesn't have good connection. Other than that no complaints

The location is really great, especially if you are transiting through Chengdu. The hotel is located in the airport, making it a quick and easy walk. However, as was the case throughout Chengdu, it was extremely difficult to communicate with hotel staff as they didn’t understand English, which would be so important given the vast nationality of customers who would book to stay.

We have booked a room in this hotel many times. Perfect for staying and hanging around with family. It is a huge property with impressive buildings and gardens. It also provides excellent venue for frequent travelers as it is located near the airport and hourly pick & drop service is available. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All amenities are available within the complex including restaurants, cafes, gym, bar and swimming pool etc.

The newly opened four-star hotel has a very good environment and service. The room is equipped with a small smart home and a wet and dry bathroom. The soundproofing is slightly inferior. Another regret is that although the restaurant layout is very emotional, the 30 yuan breakfast buffet is suspended during the Spring Festival, and free freshly cooked noodles/sleeping/tangyuan are provided.

The hotel provides free 24-hour pick-up and drop-off. The driver's service attitude is very good. He helps with luggage when getting on and off the car, and also has blessings. This is worth it👍
