The hotel is very old and not well-maintained. It was extremely noisy throughout the night, making it hard to rest. Room cleanliness was poor—there was a lot of dust, and the bedsheets and blankets had an unpleasant smell. Sleeping here was uncomfortable and disappointing.

I booked this hotel at the last minute, arriving quite late around 10:30 PM. The location is fairly convenient, with a 6-minute walk to a nearby shopping mall and plenty of eateries in the area. It has an old-school charm, but it's clear that the property could use some updates.
The biggest issue was that we were assigned a handicap-accessible room without being informed beforehand. While we understand that these rooms are designed for accessibility, it wasn't ideal for a regular stay. Additionally, the window in the room appeared to be poorly secured, making it feel unsafe as it looked like it could fall at any moment.
On a positive note, the breakfast was decent with a nice spread, which was a good way to start the day. Overall, while the location and breakfast were fine, the room’s condition and the lack of communication about the room assignment were disappointing.

I was trying to check-in but due to 30 mins earlier, I was told to hold on so I went to sit at the lobby area. However when I was sitting there waiting, other people who were behind me had check-in. When I check with the receptionist, he told me that housekeeper did not inform him that my requested level is ready. Poor communication!
Toilet tap was very shaky!
