We stayed at this hotel from October 26th to November 2nd in a family room with three adults. Unfortunately, our experience began with a very disappointing welcome. The staff member who checked us in was unfriendly and curt, and we were forced to wait 5.5 hours before we could access our room, which was unacceptable. We raised our concerns with the agency, and they were extremely helpful in assisting us. Additionally, the hotel management made efforts to improve our stay, which we truly appreciated and would like to compliment them on. However, we do not believe this hotel qualifies as an ultra all-inclusive category. The food lacked quality and was monotonous throughout our stay. The lunch at the swimmingpool between 12:00 and 16:00 o'clock is fine btw. We liked the burrito's! On a positive note, the staff members were very kind and friendly, which was a redeeming aspect of our experience. The animation program was minimal, offering limited entertainment options for both adults and children. As for the rooms, while they were generally adequate, we had to deal with an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout the week. Despite this issue, the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the rooms clean.
