Located fews minutes away from kaohsiung station, room not too small and tidy. Good time is can enjoy 24hrs free flow ice cream at level 1 dining area.

Kindness hotel, the name says it all. Great hospitality from the staff, was greeted each time when entering the hotel. Able to do your laundry for free with washing machine and dryer and detergent is provided as well. Free snacks/drinks/ice cream after 6pm at breakfast venue. Nice xmas decorations as well. Only one male young staff was quite weird when he came to our room to deliver extra pillows (pillows too thin to sleep), he wanted to come inside our room to check why we needed the extra pillows and we're quite uncomfortable with that action.

The best staffs and locations. The room is very clean and the beds are pretty comfy. The bath room are really good.

Location is good . Near the main train station n walking distance to the liuhe night market . Room is big n breakfast is good too.

The location is OK. It's more than 10 minutes' walk from Formosa Formosa Station, and it's also a bit far from Kaohsiung Station. But it is within our acceptable range. There are quite a lot of choices for breakfast. What adults and children love most is the free ice cream. I stayed in room 509, which had fewer pillars than room 511. It was more comfortable to live in. The single bed was very narrow. The WiFi in this room is poor and the bathroom is smaller than 511. But decorating is possible.

The only drawback❌ Is there “powder” in the instant pot? ? Don't know what it is? ? Clean it twice before use - then boil water! Bottled water~ Personally, it feels safer to drink it after boiling it and letting it cool down. Ask before checking out! ! Maybe scale? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? A highly satisfying business travel chain! Just came to check in! Very good! Can stay again!

It's close to the station, easy to find, not bad, and the price/performance ratio is higher than that of ordinary three-star hotels. Breakfast is also included. 7-11 is right next to it, so you don't need to hold an umbrella on rainy days!

The night shift waiter was really caring. After knowing my problem, he immediately provided patient service and solved the problem very well. This will make people who travel long distances feel at ease and feel like they are coming home.
