The hotel is very simple which is not a problem itself. However, the service is very poor. The bed and pillows are hard and they don’t give you extra pillow. When you ask for it you get a simple no! They don’t have hand soap in the bathroom. We asked for it and they said they don’t have it. The room smells funny - we think it’s the cleaning products; and the bathroom every now and then smells bad. The breakfast is very basic and the same for all the 4 days that we stayed there. Mainly, it’s eggs - you can choose scrambled or omelet, and there are fried eggs for you to get it; 3 types of fruits, noodles and potatoes, toast, croissants, and muffins; coffee from the machine, and 2 types of juice. The worst of all was that I bought a service with the reception desk and it was offered another thing. I bought a van service to take me and my friends to Phuket from the hotel at 12:30. The van arrived at 12:57 and toured around to pick up more people for about 1h and dropped us off at a very awful place to wait for a bus that would only depart at 3pm. I got very upset with it because that was not what I paid for and tried to talk with the hotel staff who just told me that my money was gone and they couldn’t do anything about it. I was treated very badly and the receptionist who sold me the service told me “talk to yourself” when I said that I wanted to talk to the hotel manager. We needed to pay for a taxi to take us to Phuket and the hotel did nothing to solve their poor service.
