Everytime visit KL, our family will sure to stay Sunway velocity hotel, it not just staying but it's equipped with a lot of amenities and the staffs are really really very helpful and nice, they always give us the friendliest smile and service, this applied not only to the reception counter but also the housekeeping group!!! Love to stay back here as always!!!

The location was fantastic—right next to my office, making it super convenient. There’s a station just a short walk away, which made it easy to reach popular spots like Bukit Bintang and TRX within minutes. I didn’t have to worry about commuting at all, which was a big plus.
The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. I had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a big bathroom. They provide all the toiletries you need, and will restock daily on request.
The only downside was the table counter area, which seemed to constantly attract ants. I tried cleaning it and wiping it down on the first day, but the ants kept coming back, even though I couldn’t find where they were coming from. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did get a bit frustrating having to deal with it daily. Luckily, it didn’t impact my stay too much, and I was able to manage around it.

I had a reservation for one night with a check-in time of 3 p.m. However, it appears that I arrived earlier than expected and had to be at the meeting place at 2 pm. I went straight to the receptionist, Mr. Goh, who assisted me and checked whether I could check in early due to my time constraints. He understood the situation and promptly went to check with his superior, Mr. Fazraf, who was nearby. Both of them approached me, assisted in verifying the availability of the room, and subsequently secured it. Furthermore, they upgraded my room to accommodate my first visit to the hotel. Both of them are very understanding and friendly, offering me a smile and providing immediate assistance. I am very glad, appreciated, and satisfied with their services.
