Awesome been through “ w hotel , st Regis” that’s my usual place with Marriot. It amazed me in shangrila KL 🙏❤️☺️ Thank you with the warm and great services provided to me and my family! We did enjoy the stay although it’s one night only as we are rushing off to other country.

Shangri-La provides spacious, clean rooms with outstanding amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, including Malaysian options. Exceptional service and convenient location near KLCC are highlighted.

Had a memorable stay. Staff were very hospitable, professional and helpful. Celebrated a birthday here and they kindly delivered a cake to us, which was a lovely surprise. :)

Great for family and easy to get grab to go train station and airport. Many eateries around and good location.

Good hotel. Good service and great breakfast. Stayed in the horizon room with club benefits but felt the food wasn't as good as it used to be.

Check in was fast, staff were friendly and warm welcoming. Room was ready upon arrival. Room is clean and spacious.

Shangri La KL as always perfect in overall. Like the high lobby hall to start the evening, just across the road is the famous Hard Rock Cafe, Twin towers are in walking distance.

Two things bothered me during my stay: 1) the front desk tried to collect extra tourists tax from me even though I’ve already paid the tax in full at the time of booking using trip.com 2) a guy in front of the hotel who is supposed to help guests get taxis scammed me. The guy booked a city taxi for a ride that should cost about 20MYR, he charged me 50MYR and pocketed difference in front me. Overall, this Shangri-la has a different vibe that I wasn’t expecting and it’s not positive.

Cannot get better location than that! Breakfast was excellent , catered pretty much to any choice.

The service was excellent, the moment I reached the hotel, I received a very welcome, from the bell boy to the receptionist. We were invited to level 2 to have a welcome drink while the receptionist help me with the check in. The lounge was nice and we enjoyed the afternoon tea provided by the hotel during our stay. Breakfast is nice but the variety not a lot, to choose from, can be better. Room was clean and comfortable, we had an enjoyable time staying there.

Despite the property is quite old, but it is very well maintained, rooms are big and staffs are courteous and well trained. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. Worth every penny
