The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room is quite spacious, the bed is very large, and the pillow is a rare soft pillow, which I like. The bathroom and washroom are also very spacious, but the scale is broken, which can help me lose about 40 pounds. I went there during the Spring Festival, and the few breakfasts were really hard to describe. I thought I was staying at the All Seasons. The gym and swimming pool were contracted to a fitness company. I wanted to swim, but I didn’t say that the locker was broken or the card was broken. The items could only be placed in the children’s locker without a lock. A lot of things fell off the wall of the swimming pool, and there were also reminders on the wall. After seeing this environment, I had to leave. The cleaning aunt was very polite, and the waiter Uncle Zhu Zhengyuan was very enthusiastic. He gave milk and small gifts for the few days I stayed during the Spring Festival.

It is worth mentioning that the bedding was very clean and odorless, and the toiletries were also very environmentally friendly. Fireworks can be set off by the swimming pool at night, which is full of the flavor of the New Year. For dinner, we recommend the hotel's Chinese restaurant-Yifeng Pavilion. The dishes and ingredients are fresh, and the Taihu Three Whites are authentic Jiangnan flavors. The price is relatively moderate, and it is the first choice for family gatherings.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice! The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village” I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice.
