AAnonymous UserWe booked the premium pool suite. Upon check-in, everything in the room was perfect, except for the view. Right across from the room, construction was in progress, and the workers were literally right in front of you (as shown in the picture)—it was an eyesore. While you have a private pool, there is no privacy. I called the reception to inquire about the construction schedule. They informed me that it would continue until 7 p.m. I asked for a room change, and the hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my request. He even showed me another room (on a lower floor), but when I saw it, I didn’t like the view—it also faced the construction site. The hotel staff only offered me two options: either switch to a lower-floor room or upgrade to a room with more privacy. I had no choice but to opt for the upgrade.
However, the upgraded room was superb! The room is bigger and can accommodate my whole family at a time (more than 10 adults)
The breakfast was excellent!
I loved the private pool room—it was the only place where, as a Muslim, I could swim without wearing a hijab.
Love the sky deck.
When I booked the room in the app, I mentioned that I wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel sent us a cake and even had the staff sing the birthday song in the room.
Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel!

Exceptional quality of services from the hotel staff, classic room and spacious and good gym facilities (techno gym a world class gym equipment provider). The hotel also located the prime of city. In overall I wanan thanks for the hospitality of the hotel and the staff.

AAnonymous UserHotel is good and very convenient to shopping malls around the town. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Nevertheless, took quite some time to take a lift down or up as the llift is not set to stop at certain floors. Hotel management really gotta do something on the lift arrangement and maintenance as it doesn't have ventilation inside the lift. Overall it was a nice stay. Will be coming back again.

NNurnazidaWe arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but unfortunately our room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait around 20 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since the lobby was always crowded with guests. However, once we got to our room, we were pleased with its cleanliness and the magnificent view from the window which was definitely a highlight of our stay.
The breakfast selection was moderate but acceptable for the price. While it wasn't an extravagant spread, it had enough variety to satisfy most tastes.
One downside is that the hotel doesn't offer room service. However, it's located in a very convenient area, with convenience stores and eateries nearby, so finding food was never an issue.
Overall, it's a good choice for a stay, particularly if you're looking for a clean room with a great view and don't mind waiting a bit or heading out for meals.

MMuhammad Haziq Aiman Abu BakarThis hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge!
The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home.
I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious!
Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.

CChe WeaOne of favourite hotel to stay when trip to Kuala Lumpur is Ancasa Hotel & Spa. Room very nice especially if get room view KL Tower and Maybank Building (nice view especially at night).
Almost more 10 trip to KL, will stay here. Staff very helpfull & friendly, f&b very delicious. Hotel area nearest with LRT, MRT, UTC Pudu, Petaling Street and almost just walking if want to eat at nearest kedai makan. MMs EleganceI stayed in a family inter-connecting room, both the rooms are clean, comfy bed. Water heater not functioning good and the only issue I'm not happy is the insufficient sound prove, we cant sleep with the loud music ”boom...bommm..bomm” stayed up to morning.

GGuest UserStaying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.
