The service provided by Kun Zifan at the front desk was very good, and the two girls were very enthusiastic. The location is good, and it's easy to find it by driving. There is a parking lot in front of the door where you can park for free. Next to it is Wanda, and there is a snack street inside. It is very convenient to eat. There is a shopping mall inside, and one-stop shopping is very convenient. Moreover, the staff were very enthusiastic when checking in, and even gave us good night milk as a gift. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient, and it is very convenient to go anywhere because the hotel is right in the city center. The room is very tidy, fully equipped, comfortable beds, and newly decorated. The price of the hotel is also very reasonable. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very rich and diverse. There are freshly packaged and freshly cooked ravioli, which were frozen in other hotels before. The freshly made egg pancakes have a homely taste, and the meatloaf is also delicious. The most recommended thing is the whole grain juice in their hotel. It is nutritious, healthy and delicious. I really enjoyed my breakfast. Their takeout can also be delivered by a small robot, which is very novel and convenient. The hospital is also very close to the hotel, including many pharmacies nearby. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable room. When I checked in, Han, Li and Guo were on duty. They came a little late and told me where to eat. The service was very warm and thoughtful, which deserves a reward. The breakfast was great, with cold dishes, hot dishes, meat dishes, vegetarian dishes and fruits. I must give a good review!

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

Pros: The room rate is relatively cheap, the hotel front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly, and there is a swimming pool. Cons: The decoration is relatively old, some facilities are damaged, the carpet is dirty and has patina, it should be renovated... The ground parking spaces are very limited, and you can only park in the underground parking lot under the hotel at night. It seems to be 5 yuan per hour. It’s the first time I paid parking fees for staying in a hotel. The experience is very bad

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s conveniently just a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center. The cleanliness is commendable, and the shower exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was quick and efficient.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

The decoration style is Chinese and the environment is very elegant. The seven cultivations are ”virtue, food, merit, book, incense, music, and flower”. Each of them has corresponding activities and courses in the hotel. Every day from morning to night, there are calligraphy, tea art, flower arrangement, traditional exercises, etc. The room is also great, with the Heart Sutra and incense sticks prepared, so you can burn incense and copy the sutra at the same time.
