Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

Very satisfied with the hotel, the service is also very good, the hotel has a swimming pool, but it is only open in the afternoon. It is free to swim if you stay there. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a swimsuit. I went to the door to take a look. There were too many people and I couldn't take pictures of the big swimming pool. Overall, it is worth recommending

The hotel is still great overall, very suitable for parent-child travel, and the children have a lot of fun! The location of the hotel is good, it only takes half an hour to drive to Fenjiezhou, and the hotel's own Ocean World is also OK, but the water projects are not open in winter! Everything else is great, the service staff in the restaurant is also very good, but the seafood hot pot actually needs to be booked one day in advance! This still needs to be improved!

He promised to prepare children's supplies and bed guards, which were already arranged in the room when we checked in. During the stay, the communication was smooth and the response was positive. I will contact Comrade Xiaolin in advance when I come again after the New Year. Hygiene: Overall it is still very good. It meets the hotel standards. Environment: I like the design of the lobby ice bar, which instantly cools down visually. Hahahaha. Facilities: The indoor park is super big! It's similar to meland! Enough for discharge! The outdoor water world is also okay, but it's still a bit cold this time. It's a pity that I can't play for a long time. I'll play again next time!

The hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.

The overall evaluation is average, and there is a considerable gap from the level of Wyndham Hotel, especially the facilities and equipment are old, similar to the express hotel, and the five-star or five-diamond mark is not worthy of the name, it is recommended to seek truth from facts.
