The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel transcends you into a fairytale oasis away from the heat and the city’s hustle and bustle.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

The hotel is very small in the old city, so you can feel the local customs. The photos are very photogenic and unique, you can book a night to experience it. The facilities should not be compared with five-star hotels, and the service staff also try their best to serve

Amazing hotel. Staff was super amazing and every detail is thoughtful with regards to amenities in the room. It was magical hotel visually. The decor and design is breathtaking. Can’t wait to get back. The breakfast was delicious and the people were over the top kind.

Stunning hotel ! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food and drinks exceeds the standard you would normally expect from a 5 star hotel along with the service. Perfect location and setting. Roof top bar perfect for eating and drinking along with a spot of sunbathing at the back where sun beds and chairs provided

After extensive research, chose this property and was not disappointed. The service is incredible, the staff are friendly, the rooftop bar is amazing and the breakfast was excellent. Loved the five different Riads, and the location of La Sultana.

Very expensive for the restaurant and quality is mediocre. The maitre d had no manners , he asked people to m Leave ghe restaurant and it wasnt midnight and we piad yoo much monet , we were rushed . In anothrr table a gentleman was laughing, the maitres asked him not to laugh because it's 11.30 pm and they had guests in the hotel . So why you open a restaurant if you have hotel above it ? And ask people not to laugh , people pay to go for fun and be free to talk freely .

La Sultana exceeded our expectations in every way! The hotel is a beautiful property with gorgeous décor both in the common areas and in the rooms. The restaurants are luxuriously presented with excellent food, and the service is impeccable. The hotel is located in the Medina but is accessible by car so the transfer of luggage is easy and well-coordinated. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot control the area around the hotel entrance and though they have a doorman (security) posted at the top of the alley, it can sometimes still feel jarring to transition between La Sultana and the neighborhood of the Medina surrounding it. We loved our experience at La Sultana and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel, nor would I stay anywhere else when in Marrakech.

Non guests not welcome. Tried to have a morning tea but was turned away at the door. Apparently non guests only welcome after 17h and only with a prior reservation. Surprised to see this on a rainy Monday morning in January, despite previous comments on trip advisor and having asked the concierge at our hotel

The architecture is elegant and beautiful; the staff are polite in a relaxed “ home” manner with attention to detail; everything in the room has got great quality: Dyson hair dryer, thick slippers etc …., very close to some of the museums. It feels more homely comparing with few other amazing hotels we have been in Marrekech, I would fairly say this is a “ must “ visit hotel if it’s first time visit and of course we will go back.

Wonderful hotel, a real escape from the chaos outside in the city! The staff were very friendly and attentive, in fact probably the best of any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at. It felt like they genuinely cared and wanted you to have an enjoyable stay, not just speaking to you because it was their job. The building is absolutely stunning and felt like a very special and luxurious place to stay. We also enjoyed the spa and restaurants whilst we were there. Location is on the outskirts of the old town basically next to the Saadian Tombs which is one of the major sites to visit and not far from the palace. Further to the main shopping/souk area, about 20 minutes walk, which in Marrakech feels quite long given the crazy traffic. The hotel easily just calls you local taxis in moments though so no issue if travelling further afield and they even help you barter on the fare if needed! Couldn’t recommend the hotel more, it is excellent.

We attended for lunch, which was excellent, and ended up trying every cocktail on the menu. 5 star service and wonderful atmosphere, with personalised service from all staff. Beginning with a beautiful escorted walk through the stunning Riad up to the sun-soaked rooftop, ask for Mustapha for the best cocktail in Marrakesh.
