Honestly- the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty, disgusting walls, really old dirty toilets, noisy nights. Will not recommend. Only upside is the staff were really nice- the only thing that is saving this place. Opted because its near to Milano Centrale Station - will be taking trains for day trips to Como, Stresa etc. its just a few mins walks from train station and a lot of very good chinese food nearby. I will not recommend female solo to stay here though, area doesn’t feel safe.

We arrived early and couldn't check in because the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but they showed us a room on another floor that had already been cleaned. They were very kind and flexible. It was close to the central station and within walking distance even with a suitcase. The room was clean and the facilities were not bad, but the toilet was a little hard to flush and the faucet was hard to turn.

The room is nice, and there are many sculptures in the lobby. It looks like the capital of the Renaissance. I took a lot of photos carefully. There is a bus to the outlet near 4 November Square near the hotel. There is a free bus pick-up at 10 am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the outlet near Novara. The one in Serravalle costs 25 euros round trip. But there seems to be other promotion channels, I haven't figured it out yet.

The front desk was very welcoming, but if you don't speak fluent English, the situation might be different. I chose a room with breakfast, which was OK. Let's talk about the problems 1. There is no kettle or teacup in the room 2. The shower in the bathroom is only a shower head with no hand-held shower head, which is a problem if you only want to take a shower and don't want to wash your hair 3. The room is relatively clean, but it is not soundproof, and the sound from the next room can be heard clearly at night

1. There is not enough hot water, the water temperature of the shower is not enough, and I feel very cold after taking a shower. 2. The radiator is not warm enough, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on to barely maintain 20 degrees Celsius. The air conditioner is very thin, and you need to wear warm clothes to sleep. 3. The sound insulation is very poor. At 7 o'clock, the workers will start to turn on the power in the corridor for maintenance. The overall experience is very average

Excellent location for taking the train, the rooms are being renovated but they are fine for sleeping, the breakfast is a bit sparse, the mattress is good, and the hotel staff is always helpful.

The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the station! The hotel was fine if you just wanted to sleep, but there was no refrigerator or coffee maker. The elevator was a little scary and looked like it was about to stop.

It's just a homestay, located in a residential building further from the storefront. It's really a shame to spend 700 RMB to stay in a house like those in urban villages in China when you come to Italy. There is nothing there, and the facilities are basically the same as those in residential houses. Fortunately, the toilet is clean. In the future, I don't want to come to Milan again except when it is necessary for work or study!!!

Although the hotel is not far from the train station, it takes 18 minutes to drag the luggage. It is considered behind the train station, but you need to pay attention to the navigation, otherwise it will take you in circles. The hotel is relatively cheap, but the facilities are old. You have to walk up a few steps to the elevator. It is not recommended if you have luggage. The elevator is very narrow and the room is very small. The key point is that the door has no anti-locking function, the safety factor is low, the heating is not enough, and it is cold in Milan in winter at night. This is really bad. It is better to take care of your own toiletries.
