Was nice. But the service was less desired they dint want me in before 3 and wanted to charge me a hole day for 2 hr before 3 its clean quite big balcony lots of space but in a less desired location

The room and bathroom are very clean as it is a new building. There is a microwave and a large refrigerator in the room. The bed is spacious enough for one person, but it may be a little cramped for two people if there is a large person. The front desk is only staffed from 3 to 11 pm. The staff told me this when I checked in, and during my 2-night stay, there was a staff member on the 1st floor around 11 am. This may vary depending on the situation, so if you are thinking of storing your luggage, you should ask in advance before making a reservation. There are two coin laundry machines on the 1st floor. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Kokusai Dori. It is a bit far from tourist attractions. There is an Aeon supermarket about 10 minutes by foot, and a convenience store about 5 minutes away. I stayed for 2 nights and was very satisfied.

It's pretty close to Naminoue Beach and my favorite bento shop, so it's a convenient location for me. However, it's in a soapland district, so I wouldn't say it's generally a good location.
