Sorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the "family room" is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night.
Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often.
I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately we got twin beds instead of a large mattress. There was no glasses in the room, no minibar ( the fridge was empty)

The room is very comfortable and faces the sea with a first-class view! The front desk service is very good, especially the very amiable old man I met when checking in. We arrived late on the first day and were given the worst room type. We contacted the hotel on the second day to upgrade our room. I looked at the sea view and it was the same price as what we paid. But I told the front desk that it was OK for an extra fee. The front desk said that the room we wanted was not available. They said that we had to change to a suite that cost more than 2,600 US dollars. Haha, but the room type we wanted was available on the Ctrip official website.
